Tech Degree in respective branch with 60% Aggregate Marks or equivalent CGPA. B Minimum Qualifications for Eligibility (Sciences / Humanities / Social Sciences / Management / Pharmacy) (i) Regular (Not distance mode) Master’s Degree with 60% Aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. (ii) Consistently good academic performance all through. C Admission Admission shall be based on: (i) Satisfying the requirements of minimum qualifications as given at A above. The candidates who do not fulfill the qualification requirement shall not be short listed nor be allowed to take the written examination. (ii) Performance in Interview for those who have qualified in SLET / UGC / CSIR (JRF) examinations. Such candidates need not appear in the written test. (iii) For all those who are not qualified in any of the examinations mentioned in (ii) above the admission shall be based on performance in PhD Written Entrance Test and Interview for short listed candidates based on their written test performance. (iv) Candidates will be required to discuss their research interests and proposed research work at the time of Interview. D Examination Procedure (i) Tests / Questions shall be different for each discipline of the program (ii) Test will cover all the core / compulsory subjects in the relevant Master Level degree. Written test would aim at judging the depth of knowledge and potential to do research work. E Format of PhD. Ph.D. Admission Test-Procedure and Schedule

Eligibility Criteria
