Coverage (…progress?)

• Provinces agreed to “reasonable coverage” against catastrophic drug costs

• At the same time…– BC eliminated seniors plan universal

income-based plan– Manitoba increased deductibles under its

income-based plan– Ontario backed down on income-based

plan (for now)
