Insert the removal tools into the slots on each side of the radio.
Unclip, pull and remove the radio taking care to unplug
the connector and the antenna.

Using a plastic trim tool, unclip the screen surround on the top of the
dashboard starting from the bottom.
Using a plastic trim tool, unclip and half open the air vent
surround from the top.

Using a plastic trim tool, unclip the panel under the steering wheel
starting from the bottom.
Remove screws 1 and 2, then unclip and half open the panel under the
steering wheel.

Microphone passage
Stick the microphone bracket (supplied) to the windscreen after thoroughly cleaning the surface. Then run the cable
under the headliner towards the driver's side door.
Run the cable replacing the seal on the driver's side door.

Then run it under the dashboard towards the radio, attaching it with
wire ties.

Finding an ACC wire
Unclip the DIAG socket and pull it out from behind, towards the
top of the panel under the steering wheel.
Find position 1 using a multimeter, check the presence
of +12V after ignition.

On the corresponding white wire, make a pigtail connection. Or use a jumper to connect a
wire.

Pass it towards the radio housing.
Swap the RED and ORANGE fuses. Cut the red wire between the fuse and the ISO connector.
Connect the ACC wire.

Feeding the accessory cable
Using a guide, feed the cable into the hole towards the car stereo
housing.
Then place the cable being careful to leave enough length.

Fitting the hands-free system 1 / 2
Connect all the factory cables (supplied) or with the 9706AR CK/Mki manufacturer to the blue box as shown in the diagram below. Test the assembly before reassembly, then slide the
assembly down to the back of the radio housing.

Feed the cable through the left side of the centre console
surround. (To do this lift it up using a plastic trim tool towards
the radio.)
Clip the centre console and the display surround back on. (Make
sure that you DO NOT cut the cable.) Then stick the bracket to
the screen (supplied) after having cleaned the surface.

Testing
Before refitting the system, switch the kit on using the ignition (or by starting the car). By pushing the central knob
of the remote control, check:
1 - That the menu is displayed on the screen. (Language or iPod.) 2 - That the system can be muted. (Click in the blue box) 3 - That there is no sound coming from the speakers. 4 - That the sound from the voice menu is coming out of the front speakers. 5 - Then turn off the ignition, check that the kit switches off and that the "goodbye" message appears on the screen. (If this fails, reverse the fuses on the kit's wiring harness.) 6 - Pair a telephone with the kit to make a call. (Check that both the microphone and the kit are working.)

Reassembly
Refit the system using the following procedure: 1 - Slide the radio back in, then reconnect the ISO and the antenna. (Be careful with the screen cable.) 2 - Clip the DIAG socket back on. 3 - Clip the panel under the steering wheel back on and replace screws 1 and 2. 4 - Clip the fuse box cover back on under the steering wheel.
