  • WATER SPORTSWater sports are those in which the athlete does a physical activity in the water and it is practised in pools, lakes, rivers or the sea

There are many water sports such as: snorkeling, apnea, windsurfing, canoeing, rafting, surfing, kitesurfing, parasailing, flow boarding, swimming, etc.

I am going to talk about some of these:

-Snorkeling, consist in having resistance to whistand the body under water while you are swimming.

-Windsurfing, consist in gliding over the water on a board carrying a sail. The windsurfingboards are light, fast and easy to handle.

-Kite-surfing combined surf with paragliding. The table allows the athlete at increasing airresistance

-With canoeing, you can reach high speeds, it is to navigate with canoes or kayaks, propose by paddle, and it could be for one, two or three crew.

-Rafting combine adventure, excitement, enjoyment of nature and team-work. It is practised in the riverbeds.

-Surfing consist in keeping balance, sliding on a table, dragged by a wave as long as possible without falling down into the water.

I love to the sea, and I especially like snorkeling and seeing the different species of marineanimals. I also practise canoeing and paddlesurfing, which is to go on a table standing andgo paddling, it is difficult to keep the balance!

  • Spanish teenspending

Spanish tennagers in general spend their money on the following things.

One the one hand, they use it to buy clothes, shoes (specially, trainers), make up, mobile phones and video games, their favorite game is ``FIFA and their favorite band is ``Coldplay.

  • THE EQUESTRIAN WORLDEquestrian sports are the art of maintaining precise control over a horse and the different types of handle. It also implies how to lookafter horses and the use of appropriate equipment called atelaje, rig or harness. -This equipment is essential when you are going to ride a horse because with this you have control over the animal. There is a basic type of riding, whose amin thing is to learnt how to ride, and one more advanced get, used to jumping, racer, hauling livestock, displaying or riding high school. -It's a sport that requires good animal care and cleaning by the rider.-The horses are used to high competition sports such as jumping, dressage, three day test, high jump, raid, hooves, tumbling, polo, duck and horse riding. -In some parts of the world they are still used for practical purposes such as plowing. -Riding is governed by the International Equestrian Federation and it is an Olympic sport since 1900 in the disciplines of show jumping, dressage and eventing riding. -Riding is a sport in which complicity between horse and rider is necessary for the attainment of the objectives.

  • SPORTS

Nowadays there are enough sports to practice. Its an excellent idea to be fit, to do exercise, to get in touch with nature and to have a healthy life.

Some people practice sport everyday because they love sport, whereas others practice itoccasionally .It depends on what people need, for example professional athletes have to work out every day. They must be fit since its necessary for them. Its their job.

All these sportsman or sportswoman usually warm up with their coaches to avoid getting injured, although it is sometimes difficult.

As well as this, they earn too much money doing it.

We can do a classification considering the activities and different places where we practice them:

    *First,watersports or aquaticsports:

This type of activities are practised in the river, swimming pool and the sea. The main sports are: rafting, rowing boat, kite surfing ,sailing, scuba diving, kayaking, synchronizedswimming ,surfing

We must have skills ,equilibrium, synchronization, mobility in our hands and be able of breathing well.

  • *Second,Mountain and Winter sports:

Practising most of these activities we get in touch with nature and we can enjoy great views.

Some sports that we might practice are: mountain climbing,t rekking, skiing, snowboarding , horse riding, skateboarding..

In general, they are hard ,risky and dangerous .We must have a good team of people and suitable equipment too.

Its necessary to have control, prudence or caution and equilibrium.

*One the other hand, other sports:

This kind of sports are more competitive and they are formed by teams. The most typical are:athletic, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, judo, gymnastic(rhythmic),running, parachuting, skydiving, weightlifting

We use pitches(football), courts(basketball, volleyball and tennis),tracks (athletic)and gyms to practise them. We have to be fast ,precise and agile.

  • Summing up, its healthy to do exercise. Everybody must get used to their physical aptitudes and choose the best activity for them above all, because we have a lot of places and sport facilities available.

  • VIRTUAL REALITY

Some months ago, Microsoft Company showed Windows in a live event to all over the world. But one of the millions of uses which it has is virtual reality, an idea that you can only try if you buy their glasses. Its not a normal helmet, when you put it on, you can see what you want with holograms. These glasses were launched as a successful surprise from the Company because the secret was kept until the end of the live presentation.

With these glasses, the user can walk with freedom around the room where he or her is and virtual objects work as they were really in the room.

But this device hasnt got a launch date and, of course, an estimated price. Anyway, Microsoft thinks that it will be available between the years 2016 and 2017.

    TRAVEL INTO THE FUTURE

Whether you realise it or not, you are always travelling into the future. It is the nature of space-time. The flow of time, as the laws of physics currently understand, always flows into the future. This is why we remember the past. So as we plod along in our everyday lives we experience time moving around us. But if we desired to speed up theprocess, is that possible? It is possible to speed up the passage of time, at least in smallquantities.

According to Einstein's theory of relativity, the passage of time is relative to objects speed. That is, an object which is moving faster than other one experiences less time.

The classic example of this is the twin-paradox. In short, a set of twins, aged 20 years are living on Earth. One of the twins takes off on a spaceship on a 5-year-journey travelling nearly to the speed of light. When he returns to Earth he is 25 years old. However, his brother, who stayed on Earth, is 95 years old. This is because the passage of time was slower for the brother on the spaceship because his speed approached thespeed of light. When he returns to Earth, he has effectively travelled into the future.

The same way that travelling at speeds close to the speed of light can alter the flow of time, intense gravitational fields can have the same effect. Gravity is effectively a warping of space-time and, therefore, affects to space, but to time as well. As a result, time passes more slowly for an observer if it enters in a massive object's gravitational field.

We've seen how we can slow the passage of time for human passengers travelling near the speed of light and near intense gravitational fields. But these effects are small, so, until we can figure out a way to approach the speed of light or travel near black holes without falling in them, we won't be able to experience significant time travel into the future.
