The park has been developed for socialisations, exercise, enjoyment and training, featuring obstacles and tracks. Please follow the rules to ensure all dogs enjoyment: Respect all park users Ensure your dog is registered and vaccinated Maintain affective control and supervision Remove your dog if it annoys, intimidates or becomes aggresive towards other users Adults must supervise children at all times Clean up after your dog and dispose of waste appropriately Maximum of two dogs per person Make sure your dog is already socialised Avoid bringing toys or food to the park Mount Gambier is packed with dog-friendly walking tracks, parks, and attractions for you and your four legged friend to enjoy. There are plenty of options when it comes to popping your pooch on a leash, soaking up some vitamin D and enjoying a leisurely walk around some of Mount Gambier’s most picturesque scenery. If a dog defecates in a public place and the person responsible for the control of the dog does not immediately pick up in a lawful suitable manner, they could receive a $210 fine. Dog owners must have a suitable bag or container in their possession at all times to enable them to clean up after their dogs when in a public place.
