Claims for damages or exchanges must be submitted to transit company and/or Jax & Bones within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original shipping carton to verify damages in transit.

ROUTING REQUESTSCustomers need to specify any special routing requests or we will ship best/cheapest method. Notify us if your address is commercial or residential and if you require a liftgate for LTL shipments. Failure to supply correct information may cause additional fees to be applied.

Did you know that we have a swatch book that features over 100 fabrics?At Jax and Bones, we know everyone has a unique style to their home. That is why we offer so many choices to choose from. The swatch book will allow you to sell all of the fabrics and take special orders when the item is not in house. We are able to drop ship the item directly to the end users home. What can you expect:Our swatch book comes in two parts, Premium Fabrics and Standard Fabrics. The books feature labels on each swatch that notate which bed shape the fabric is stocked in. If you would like that particular fabric in a shape we don’t stock, we can custom make it with additional production time.

How long for a Custom Made Order?If you are ordering a bed in a fabric that is not stocked in our warehouse, the lead time is 2-3 weeks for delivery as it will go through our Customs Department. These unique, made to order items are final sale.

Throw Pillows, Monogramming and Customer’s Own FabricWe have the ability to make throw pillows, add monogramming to any dog bed and take in a customer’s fabric to make a special dog bed. For more information and pricing, call our customer service department at 626.444.4550.
