Redressal *
A dynamic metadata-based service delivery portal to help in
providing electronic delivery of all services in all States. The
functionality of the erstwhile Grievance Redressal applications has
also been subsumed into this application.

functionaries and elected representatives.

demonstrated in the 4 Regional Workshops during Feb
and March 12 to officials from State PR Department ,a
few Representatives of ZPs, NIC State and a few district
level officials, and SIRD from each state to seek
feedback.
Approach was firmly driven by collaborative,
participative and consultative values in nature.
