There are now over 40 students - ministers, elders, deacons and lay leaders - studying in 3 cities: Cajamarca, Trujillo & Lima.
The seminary operates on a modular approach, meeting 3 weeks a quarter, so students can earn a living while in school.

HOW HOW
Economic DevelopmentEconomic DevelopmentWe constantly witness the need to actively pursue long-range solutions to economic problems.Current endeavors include:
Woodshop (Domestic & International Sales)Microfinance ProgramCooperatives (Agricultural & Technical)
WoodshopWoodshop Large-scale economic development is critical to the long-term growth of
communities and churches in this desperately underdeveloped part of the world.
Involves the establishment of a training and production facility in Trujillo that will employ local carpenters to produce furniture and doors from Peruvian exotic hardwoods for export to the United States.
Profits from the sale of these products will be returned to the communities in Peru by establishing other businesses and building churches, schools, and health clinics.
Microfinance ProgramMicrofinance ProgramMicrofinance is any act of providing people with access to borrowing and saving for the purpose of enabling them to participate in any form of economic activity. A solidarity group, the basic unit of Sinergia’s lending model, is a group of five women, all of whom are responsible for the timely pay-back of the loan. We currently have 3 solidarity groups functioning successfully

After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the Lamb clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. Revelation. 7:9
