Prof. (Dr.) Anna Konert is an Attorney atLaw and Professor of Aviation Law, Dean ofthe Faculty of Law and Administration, andDirector of the LL.M Programme in AviationLaw at the Lazarski University in Warsaw.She also possesses a Professional PilotLicense and serves as a Member on theCommittee of European Air Law Association.She has also formerly served as legal counselfor Air France at their New York office.

Prof. Anis H. Bajrektarevic is the Department Headfor Strategic Studies on Asia at the InternationalInstitute IFIMES. He is also the UN PermanentRepresentative to Austria and Vienna-based IOs anda Visiting Professor for International Law at theUniversity in Geneva. Additionally, Prof.Bajrektarevic is an elected arbiter and mediatorbefore numerous permanent national arbitrationaltribunals (including those of the Law of the Sea) inEurope and in Asia. This includes capacities such asbeing a Board Member to the GlobalComplianceBusiness Counciland to the InternationalCommercial Dispute Tribunal. Prof. Bajrektarevichas also authored dozens presentations,publications, speeches, seminars, researchcolloquiums as well as of numerous public events(round tables & study trips, etc.). He also serves asEditor of Geopolitics, History and Intl. RelationsJournal, and is an editorial board member of severalsimilar specialized magazines on three continents.

Dr. Attila Sipos is currently Bar AssociationAdvisor at the Aviation Division of HM EI Co.He is also an Honorary Professor at ELTE ÁJK.He served the HungaroControl in variouspositions, including as Legal Director, AllianceDirector, and Advisor to the CEO (2008–2014).He was the Representative of Hungary on theCouncil of ICAO (2004–2007) and the Vice-President of the Council of ICAO (2006–2007).He had worked at MALÉV Hungarian Airlines asFlight Operation Officer, Crew Manager, LegalAdvisor and Legal Director (1989–2004). He hasalso been a committee member of the EuropeanAir Law Association (EALA) since 2004.

Dr. Divya Tyagi is an Assistant Professor ofLaw at the Gujarat National Law University,India. He teaches several disciplines includingSecurities and Investment Law and Air andSpace Law for the UG and PG Programme. Hehas an extensive record for presenting papersbefore conferences and seminars on severalareas of interest such as Corporate Law,Securities Law, Investment Law, and Air andSpace Law. He has also served as the Convenorfor the several editions of the GNLU Air andSpace Law Academy and accompanyingconferences. Some of his publications include a chapter in Bimal N Patel et al. (eds,) 'TheCompanies Act 2013: Key ConceptualTransformation' (2017).

Jessica Los Banos is a Foreign Lecturer at theFaculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan(UPH) in Indonesia where she teaches contracts,legal skills, IHL, and other international lawcourses. She is the General Adviser to UPHteams participating in international moot courtcompetitions including the Philip C. JessupMoot Competition, the FDI Arbitration Moot,the ICRC IHL Moot, Asia Cup International LawMoot Court Competition, and the John JacksonWTO Moot. Her research interests includeaviation and space law, investment law, and thelaw of the sea. She has published a chapter onCommercial Human Space Flight and theAdequacy of the International Liability RegimeGoverning Suborbital Space Tourists, in RecentDevelopments in Space Law: Opportunities &Challenges (Springer, 2017).

Dr. Mario Folchi is a Lawyer and Doctor inLaw and Social Science by the University ofBuenos Aires. He currently serves as theDirector of the Postgraduate Specializationon Aeronautical, Space and Airport Law inthe National University of Defense. He isalso the President of the Latin AmericanAssociation of Aeronautical and Space Lawand a member of many Institutes andSpecialized Academic Entities in Air Lawand Tourism in Latin America and Europe,including the Argentine Academy ofTourism. Throughout his career, he haspublished twelve books on Aeronautical Lawsubjects and Tourism.

At the University of Mississippi, School of Law,LL.M. in Air and Space Law Programme, Prof.Patrick Honnebier is Professor of the unique(online) Full Semester course InternationalAviation Financing and Leasing Laws. He joinedthe International Air Transport Association(IATA) in May 2019 as an instructor for the courseAircraft Acquisition and Financing. Prof.Honnebier is also one of the founder-members ofRep Law Aviation where he advises majormanufacturers, banks, lessors, and airlines inrelation to international financing and leasing ofaircraft, helicopters, and engines. He was also theexpert legal counsel of the Governments of Aruba,the former Netherlands Antilles and the DutchMinistry of Foreign Affairs concerning theadoption by the Kingdom of the Netherlands ofthe Cape Town Convention on 1 September, 2010.He was also Editor of JournaalLuchtrecht/Netherlands Journal of Air Law.

Dr. Tomasz Balcerzak is Adjunct Professor atthe Lazarski University - Faculty of Law andAdministration. He also serves as an Expert forthe European Commission-Research ExecutiveAgency (REA) and European Global NavigationSatellite Systems Agency, and an Advisor forthe Malta Council for Science and Technology.Previously, he has served as an AdjunctProfessor at the Silesian University ofTechnology with the Aviation Faculty. Pereducation, he graduated from the Air ForceAcademy and received a pilot and engineeringdegree and a PhD at the Warsaw University. Healso completed his MBA at the Warsaw Schoolof Economics. Additionally, he has authored orcoauthored more than fifty publications intransportation, logistics, aviation, and space.

Prof. (Dr.) Sandeepa Bhat is working as aProfessor of Law and Director of Centre forAviation and Space Laws at WBNUJS, Kolkata. Hehas the experience of researching on five MajorResearch Projects sponsored by World Bank,ISRO, the WB Judicial Academy, Ministry ofJustice and Ministry of Environment, Forest andClimate Change. He is also a Member ofInternational Institute of Space Law (IISL). Dr.Bhat has published six books and more than fiftyarticles in the journals of international andnational repute. He has presented over hundredresearch papers in international and nationalconferences including the coveted InternationalAstronautical Congress. He also has thedistinction of being the member of Indian SpaceResearch Organization’s Expert Advisory Groupfor drafting the National Space Act for India.

Dr. Shouvik Kumar Guha is currently working asan Assistant Professor of Law (Senior Scale) atWBNUJS, after having completed his B.A., LLB.(Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. in law. He is theAssociate Director of the Centre for Aviation andSpace Laws, NUJS, and a member of the globalforum of Sustainable Market Actors forResponsible Trade (SMART), the Network ofIndian Competition Experts - Cartel WorkingGroup (NICE-CWG). He is also associated withseveral leading national and international lawjournals in an editorial and reviewing capacity,and has to date to his credit about sixty-fivepublications including book chapters, conferencepapers, and journal articles.
