ENTJ-‐ The Execu&ve (Example personality profile)
• As an ENTJ, your primary mode of living is focused externally, where you deal with things ra&onally and logically. Your secondary mode is internal, where you take things in primarily via your intui&on.
• ENTJs are natural born leaders. They live in a world of possibili1es where they see all sorts challenges to be surmounted, and they want to be the ones responsible for surmoun1ng them. They have a drive for leadership, which is well-‐served by their quickness to grasp complexi1es, their ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal informa1on, and their quick and decisive judgments. They are "take charge" people.

Where It Goes South
List 2 Weaknesses
List 3 Strengths When you give your weakness,
offer a method or recent habit you started to help you improve the weakness. Do not think of it as a weakness, it is an area of
improvement.
If they state, “please give me (or us) two weaknesses”,
rephrase the statement, “two areas of Improvement are. . .”
When you give your strengths make sure they are of true of who
you are and of value to the organization. This means you will need to research the company.
Do not use “um” or “uh” when you answer this question. Show confidence in your
abilities and give an example of a situation where you executed a task or displayed
that strength.
