Training Center Details

We are located at 2825 North Mayfair Road Suite 206 in the town of Wauwatosa, WI. The name of our center is Logical Life Center formerly Hart Family Innovated Care, Inc. We operate Monday thru Friday from 9:30AM to 3:30PM and select Saturdays from 11AM to 1PM. We have a training staff of 10 members. We have a marketing staff of 11 members. We offer a total of 30 certificate and certification courses – 16 Healthcare related programs and 14 general education, self-improvement, and career building/advancement programs now being offered. Our Most popular course program is the PCA 6 Day Certification program. We have enrolled a total of 45 students with a student retention and completion rate of 45% and increasing with the introduction of our new course layouts, use of advanced technology and education materials, tablet devices for student use during lectures and quizzes, and more skilled-focused/hands-on courses.

Company History • On December 12, 2012 in the dining room mother and son created a dream of serving a

diverse group of disabled and elderly individuals by means of starting a full Home Health Care and Personal Care agency. Very quickly a plan was laid out on paper and the dream became a reality when the doors of Hart Family Innovated Care, Inc. was open for business on May 25, 2011 at 1109 North Mayfair Road Suite 202 and shared the office space with Life to Life Community, Unique Care, and Helping Hands. Angelise, Marcus, and Kaprice Hart combined each of their experiences to develop an agency that would focus on individualized care to serve clients as more than just clients, but as extended family members.

• In the first year, HFI Care, Inc. had an approved Provider Agreement with the VA Hospital. However, no patients were served through this opportunity. Rev. Marcus Hart was installed as Executive Director in July 2011 to take on the tasks of organizing the agency and developing most of its policies and procedures and daily operations. HFI endured several struggles and changes in the mist of the fall and early winter seasons. Lack of access to funding and loans continued to slow the process of being able to sustain the company. HFI continued to run off of zero revenue and tons of efforts pushed by its founders.

• In June 2012 the HFI Board members voted to relocate further down the road to 2825 North Mayfair Road Suite 209 in hopes the move would shape up things. Sure enough, things made a quick turnaround. Revenue increased rapidly with the acquiring of a Provider Agreement with the Wisconsin IRIS Self-Direct voucher program. In December 2012, HFI became an authorized certifying and training site for aQuire Training Solutions and Medifecta training Division. This provided HFI with an opportunity to provide its staff with its own training solution. Rev. Hart immediately saw another vision in which HFI could incorporate into its services.

• December 2, 2012 HFI begin to offer Personal Care Aide Certification training to the general public. Now HFI was offering training services and still served 4 patients under the IRIS program and 2 private paying patients through periods of August 2012 through June 7, 2013. With growing popularity of accelerated Advanced Professional Education, HFI made a decision to expand its training services solutions and offer it as its primary and leading service. On June 17, 2013 HFI partner with Logical Life Center to offer training and educational services fully and limit its Home Care and Personal Care services offering it only to the VA and IRIS programs as needed. Logical Life Center has instituted many changes including the plans of student workstations, more online functions, and upgraded training materials.
