Let’s Welcome Nickle LaMoreaux currently leads IBM’s worldwide Compensation &Benefits function based in Armonk, NY. In this role, Nickle hasresponsibility across 172 countries for design and deployment of allcompensation and benefits programs. She is also responsible for the HRactivities associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to this role, Nickle was Vice President, Human Resources for IBM’sworldwide Software division based in Somers, NY. She has also served asHR leader for IBM’s Growth Markets Unit and Asia Pacific based inShanghai, China. Nickle has more than 15 years of Human Resourceexperience in areas such as compensation, learning, and recruitment.She has also held several HR generalist positions supporting variousbusiness segments. In these roles, she led HR initiatives focused ongrowing the business through leadership development, talent acquisition,performance management, and skill building.
Nickle joined IBM in 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrialand Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a Masters of BusinessAdministration from Duke University. Outside of work, Nickle enjoysspending time with her husband, Peter and their three children, Kennedy,Colin and Cameron.
