March 31, 2011 Kohl's to Open Distribution Facility in Harford County Kohl's Corp. announced it is opening a distribution facility at 1701 Trimble Road in Edgewood. The new facility will fulfill on-line orders and anticipates creating about 1200 jobs by 2012 as it expands the former GAP location from 602,000 sq. ft. to more than one million sq. ft. Kohl's will begin filling hourly and management full and part-time positions this month for their opening in July. Futures 11 2011 Harford County Public Schools and Harford County Government hosted

the second Futures 11 event at Harford Community College on March 24, 2011. Futures 11 offers a series of informative sessions on topics relevant to high school juniors, assisting them in making informative and positive decisions regarding their future. Approximately 30 Harford County businesses participated in a networking session with about 400 Harford County high school juniors from the magnet programs.
