Drawings will be held on or before January 30, and applicants will be notified Of results. Successful applicants are guaranteed annual renewals for up to five years. Rental rates will be established annually. In the event that all slips of one size are filled at the time of the lottery, the applications will be placed on a waiting list. The region reserves the right to assign or re-assign slips in order to efficiently utilize all available slips. 4. In the event a boat is sold, Permittee will notify park and park will transfer slip to new owner. Any other assignment, subletting or transferring, directly or indirectly, be the Permittee is prohibited. Any and all rights and privileges granted by this permit are for the sole use if the Permittee. 5. All boats must be removed from the marina by the fourth Monday in October. (Per night fee may be assessed for late removals). 6. Slips shall be kept neat and orderly. Runways and boardwalks must be kept clear at all times. Rowboats, dinghies and other accessory equipment must be kept within the confines of the assigned slip. Carpeting, tires, firehoses, TV antennas, bicycles, etc. are not to be attached to the piers, catwalks or piles. Painting, hanging clothes and laundry are prohibited. Heads (toilets) shall be dumped in designated on-shore dumping stations only. 7. Open fires will not be allowed in the marina basin. Any conditions aboard or around the boat that is deemed a fire hazard, in the opinion of the Park Manager, shall be removed immediately. 8. All park rules and regulations as well as applicable State and Federal rules and regulations will be observed. When rules and regulations relating to public safety have been violated, the region reserves the right to reject any application for a slip, and to terminate without prior notice or refund, any permit issued. Amplification of music or other sound is not permitted. 9. Marina users shall respect the rights and privacy of others and maintain quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 10. Water and electrical accessories must be approved by the Park Manager. Water may not be available during early and/or late season. Modification of park electrical equipment and supply is prohibited. 11. The Permittee assumes all risks related to this permit and shall be solely responsible and answerable in damages for all accidents or injuries to person or property, and hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and keep harmless the People of the State of New York; Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation; their officers and employees; from any and all claims, suits, losses, damage or injury to person or property of whatsoever kind or nature, whether direct or indirect, arising out of the operation of this Permit, or the carelessness, negligence or improper conduct of the Permittee or any servant, agent or employee thereof. 12. The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation shall not be responsible for property damage or personal injury to the Permittee, or any person upon the premises at the invitation of the Permittee. 13. Pet owners must be able to show certificate proof of their pets' current rabies inoculation for pets on board. All pets are to be on a 6-foot maximum leash at all times. Refund Policy for seasonal marina slip rentals:

For seasonal marina slip rentals, revenue credits may be issued as follows:

For cancellations prior to May 15th — 100% credit.For seasonal departure or cancellation prior to June 15th — 50% credit.For seasonal departure prior to July 15th — 25% credit.No credit after July 15th.

Applicable processing fees are to be deducted from the revenue credit.
