The System pictured is a PERMADUR Series 1326 Plate/Multiple Part Handling System with 26ea. BP-1600x48 Lifting Magnets on a 20’ Load Beam designed with a 4 Part Sling for attachment to a single hook Crane. The Controller provides selectivity by Row, 13ea., and individual Safety Indicator Lights (26ea.) for positive feedback to the Operator when the Magnets attach to the load for a safe lift. Controller includes both wired PB Controls and Radio Remote Controls. System Load Beam includes 4ea. Plate Grabs to support Part/Skeleton Separation upon removal from Plate Cutting Table. PERMADUR Lifting Magnets are electrically Controlled Permanent Lifting Magnets that will not drop a load due to loss of electrical power.
