    Procedures for 50% reimbursement of the material costs by the State Education

    Department involve the submission of an evaluation report to the Bureau of Teacher

    Education following the purchase, receipt and use of the materials for one term.

    The report should include:

    1. Extent of the use of the materials (i.e. number of students, circu-

    lation of materials).

    2. Observed improvements in classes using the suggested reference

    materials.

    3. Suggested additions to and deletions from the guider

    Attached to the report must be proof that the materials were ordered,

    received, and paid for by the district. Of course, no report is needed if the

    district does not wish to apply for 50% reimbursement.
