The MX tie is installed from one side only which makes the MAXIMO

The conical-shaped MX Tie rod is alsoset in the concrete when filling theformwork. Due to the special form,spacer tubes and cones are not re-quired. This saves materials and the tiecan be installed and removed consider-ably quicker.

4. Tighten Eye Bolt.3. Tighten MX tie with the MX Tie RodSpanner-2 as far as it can go.
1. First loosen and then completely un-screw the Eye Bolt.
2. Remove ties by means of the MX TieRod Spanner-2.
Dismantling ties
The opening in the frame allows deviations ofthe tie rod angle of 4.
The tie hole is protected against any impactthrough a metal ring. The Sealing Sleeve seals
the tie point and prevents any concrete bleeding.
With the PERI MAXIMO, the convention-al DW 15 and DW 20 systems can beused as well as the MX tie technology.

With MAXIMO, the tie points are sys-tematized, i. e. all panel sizes are centri-cally arranged and each position is en-gaged.
MAXIMO tie point. MAXIMO does not require any edge
ties, all tie points are always engaged.
With conventional panel formwork, all
unused edge tie points must be
closed.
Additional work is frequently necessarydue to unclosed tie holes:Freeing the tie points in the panel
which have been plugged with con-crete.
Concrete cosmetic work on the con-crete surfaces affected by bleeding.

MAXIMO panels are available in 6heights from 30 cm up to 3.30 m aswell as 5 widths from 30 cm to 2.40 min 30 cm increments. In addition, a45 cm wide panel is available which
