INTRODUCTIONSt. Catharines has been an area where its reputation has diminished

over the years. Recently the City Hall of St. Catharines has been taking initiative in the revitalization of the city and surrounding areas. The city hopes to bring in new business from not only the local region but from areas outside of the region as well.

The new centre will not only bring culture and arts back to the community but will also bring many benefits to the St. Catharines region and local businesses.
