– A senior associate is identified to be promoted by his Manager.
– Lacks good communication skills
– Needs to be able to facilitate conference calls.

– Ishaan is fighting with his friends in the colony, parents complain to the parents

– Needs to be put in a verbal communication/conference etiquettes training – as decided by the manager
– Check out for suitable vendors or any existing programs

– Sitting with the manager to understand what in Communication is needed to achieve their process goal?
– Checking for situations and behaviors where the associate had failed to communicate
– Observing the associate, if necessary – current state ( Performance analysis)

– The teacher observing the child’s behavior over two classes
– Gathering information from Ishaan’s friend for the current state
– Checking his notebooks to see what the child is lacking (Performance analysis)

– Getting back to the manager with the observations.
– Checking for additional inputs if any.
– Recommending solutions and taking a sign off ,both from the manager and participant.

– Getting buy-in from the school principal to engage ishaan in a different manner
– Giving confidence to Ishaan that he too can change and he is no different.

– 2 Mock conference calls over a week to increase the comfort factor.
– Giving presentations within the team to boost his confidence.

– Has a good hold over the English language
