IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Modern Tours & Travels have the right to change any or all tour programs before or during the journey without any prior notice.Modern Tours & Travels will not be responsible if its tours are rescheduled, cancelled or altered due to cancellation / delay of ight,mofa / visa stopped / rejected by the Govt., nature calamities, imposition of new laws or any other un avoidable circumstance forwhich no refund will be done or any claim against us will be entertained.Visa issuance is subject to approval by Saudi Embassy. Modern Tours & Travels will not be responsible for any Delay, Rejection orMistake by Saudi Embassy and in that case Mofa fees will have to be paid by Haji. Mofa fees or Visa stamping fees are non-refundable.Modern tours & travels is not responsible for any loss occurred during the tour by accident, incident, luggage, monies, death.If the desired room 2 / 3 beds as paid for could not be provided due to any reason whatsoever, then accommodation will beprovided in bigger rooms of 4 bedded & above on sharing basis with other pilgrims for a day or two for which no partial refund willbe made and then will be shifted to the desired room of 2 / 3 beds. In case the provision for 2 or 3 beds could not be fullled at allthen the difference amount received against 2 / 3 beds will be fully refunded.Room allotment will be as per our arrangement; individual room choice will not be entertained.Guests and relatives of pilgrim are not allowed to Eat or Stay in our hotel.Partly utilized services are also considered as fully utilized. In such circumstances no refund is applicable.Carrying any kind of drugs / narcotics such as Opium, Ganja, Poppy, etc., or any sort of vulgar photographs, books, CD’s, etc., is acrime and is strictly punishable by Saudi Government.Indian and Saudi Arabian laws are applicable to all intending pilgrims. MANDATORY PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING:Booking amount of Rs. 20,000/-Booking form duly lled in properly.International passport, the validity of which should be at least six months from the date of journey.5 copies of coloured photographs sized 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm having white background.For female’s proof of Mehram is mandatory as they are not allowed to travel without Mehram(s).Balance payment towards the cost of Tour must reach us at lest 1 month prior to the departure. If the payment is not receivedas per the specied schedule then the booking will stand void and the reservation will be transferred to others.If the booking is made in less than 1 month prior to departure, then full amount of the package cost will have to be made.
