Eligibility � Customers applying for a smart thermostat rebate must have a heat pump, gas furnace, electric furnace, and/or central A/C units in order to be eligible for a rebate.

� Offer open to all Pepco Maryland residential customers. Limit two smart thermostat rebates per Pepco residential account on rebates submitted beginning Jan. 1, 2021, or while funds are available.

� Rebate application must be accompanied by proof of purchase including a copy of the dated sales receipt with model number.

� Qualified smart thermostat must be purchased in Maryland, or the buyer must demonstrate having paid the applicable Maryland sales and use tax.

� Rebate application must be postmarked no later than 60 days from purchase date.

� $100 rebate is for ENERGY STAR certified smart thermostats.

� Details such as rebate amounts and eligible appliances are subject to change at any time.

� The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
