Use the Add to Favorites link to establish a new favorite.

New! Things You Should Know! • Department field captures cost center, which

aligns Finance and HR census reporting. • Primary Manager (now called Supervisor ID) is

located on the Job Information tab and is effective dated.

• Manager Roles contains HRG and matrix manager and is now effective dated.

• Link directly to history page with one click

• Department Data is broken into three tabs: - Department

Global Department Navigation: Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Departments

Things You Should Know! • Department creation is owned by Finance - reach out to your Finance contact for help • Make sure to select the correct SetID – one per SBG (use drop down to select) • Cannot see org hierarchy (SBG > SBU > SBE > SBX > Department) on the department table. • View the hierarchy for an individual employee using the link on the employee job data page. • To locate Hyperion code (also known as HFM Entity), look at Finance Profile tab.

• Org Structure reflects global organization.

• Departments have only been loaded for Canada and US.
