27 seminar clients for whom we conducted a minimum of 3 seminars were willing to give us not only the average evaluation of Zach Davis but also the average evaluation of their other trainers (of course not the individual values but rather the average of all trainers together). When the grades were not on a 1 to 6 (1 the best, 6 the worst) scale, as is typical in Germany, the grades were standardized (calculated proportionally) in order to have comparable values. How to read the chart:

1) The left-most column contains the initials of the 15 participants.

2) The first row stands for measurements number 1 to 5. Example: Participant TH (2nd from top) started at 141 words per minute and 70 % comprehension. For TH, the 5th measurement resulted in 336 words per minute and 80 % comprehension.

3) The small numbers above the numbers 1 to 5 summarize the change in comprehension with respect to the whole group. In this case, the participants were able to answer 8 additional questions (out of 150 total) correctly in the 5th round, compared to the 1st round.

4) On the bottom, you can see the results summary: The average value for the 1st measurement was 176 words per minute at 78 % comprehension (efficiency rate of 137). The average value for the last measurement was 346 words per minute at 83 % comprehension (efficiency rate of 287). This is a progress of 109 %.

P.S: The average progress is 124.5 % with a 4 % higher level of comprehension.

The methodology and content of the seminars are based on simplicity and immediate usability. It is not about isolated solutions but rather about useful thinking and habit pattern. At the same time, a strong lasting impact is possibly the biggest challenge within training and development. The reason is simple: Shift in habitual patterns is not easy. With us, you have numerous options in order to obtain a more lasting effect: Audio and video products Both the 8-part audio series and the video on the topic are very complimentary and also usable anywhere and any time. Ask us for discounts for groups. The 1-year-program for more success & fulfillment This program lasts for 50 weeks and is composed of 250 individual, small units which take on average only 5 minutes. The individual units consist of a short video (duration of 1-3 minutes) and one or more exercises for the day, which are integrated into the video. The exercises consist of (for example):

- Thinking about a topic or an aspect of a topic - Answering questions in writing - Trying something new - Putting concrete small activities into action - Directing the focus toward a certain aspect for a while

From a technical viewpoint the program is designed in a way that a participant receives an automatically generated Email every weekday (Mon-Fri), with a download link to the video of the day. The two big differences between this program and other programs, books, seminars, audios are: First, it is methodologically designed in a way that does not aim at short-term results and individual efforts, but rather is directed towards useful thought patterns and habits. One-on-one coaching

The big advantage of one-on-one coaching is that the coach can fully adapt the content and process to the individual needs and maximum benefit of the coachee. Based on the situation, the coach can, for example, have the role of a process conductor, add other perspectives, help brainstorm, accompany a planning session, motivate, reassure, question things, support with experience or help the coachee to better understand him/herself. Especially when a coachee faces recurring, often long-term problems, hurdles and habit patterns; our experience shows us time and again that the root lies in subconscious associations or constructs. Here are two examples from coaching sales people (simply because in sales, results are easier to measure than in most other functional areas): Example 1: A well trained financial consultant had no problems obtaining new clients within his circle of friends, family and acquaintances. However, he felt very hesitant to even talk to other people about what he had to offer. Early on in the coaching process it became clear that his associations were vastly different for strangers compared to people he was familiar with (“they could think that I want to take something away from them“ vs. “I have to save my friends and family from bad offers from certain companies“). As soon as the coach and the coachee had brought both associations up to a conscious level, i.e. the cause and effect were clear, it was then relatively easy to transfer the pattern to the other group of people (“I also have to save strangers from bad offers from certain companies“) and turn into a habitual thought pattern, initially with an external reminder. The inner conflict was quickly reduced dramatically, the revenue increased clearly and measurably. Example 2: A sales person of consumer goods was described as very talented. However, his sales volume went up and down at regular intervals. The curve basically looked like an almost perfect sinus curve – without any plausible explanation (economy, time of year, product life cycle etc.). Within the coaching process positive and negative associations to the area of money and income surfaced. The negative associations were almost exclusively in the context of fears of not being part of his group of friends and family through being vastly more successful than they were. Again, as soon as this was understood by coach and coachee, there were quite a few relatively simple, primarily practical action steps, e.g. more contact with people with higher incomes, but also a constructive mental and practical dealing with the desire to be close to his old circle while realizing higher levels of success as well. The result: Fewer inner conflicts and significantly faster career path. In both cases the (actually in most regards quite good) manager had tried various different incentive strategies (e.g. financial, trips, time off, more flexible work schedule) as well as pressure (financial, threats, transparency within team) for years – sometimes with short term, sometimes with no effect.
