This exciting new addition to the popular Composting & Organics Recycling Program will feature a robust line-up of speakers and solutions providers. This part of the conference program was developed in col-laboration with Dr. Stuart Buckner, former Director of the U.S. Composting Council.

The Food Recovery Forum will focus on efforts to reduce food loss and waste in the U.S. and to recover inedible food residuals for beneficial use. You can expect to learn about current and significant efforts to reduce food waste as well as increase food recovery, reuse composting and anaerobic digestion.
