Should you have any questions regarding testing at a Field Test Site, please contact the Test Site Coordinator who is listed for each Field Test Site. Individuals interested in participating in Certification Exams must have a completed and approved application on file with the Field Test Site prior to testing. Candidates can obtain an application, candidate handbook and skill sheets from our website www.osfc.state.pa.us or by contacting a Test Site Coordinator of their choice.
