Code § 32.11 to increase minimum insurance requirements on motor carriers of passengers transporting less than 16 passengers. The Commission proposed to increase the minimum insurance requirement from $35,000 split coverage to $125,000 split coverage. Comments were submitted that suggested that the Commission obtain more data to support the proposed increase. Commission staff tried to obtain the suggested data but was unable to do so in the time prescribed under the Regulatory Review Act. As such, the final rulemaking withdraws the rulemaking in this matter.
