The President, Chairman and Committee of Penn Cricket Club wish to extend to all players their best wishes for a happy and successful 2015 season.

1. All home matches will require a meeting time of 60 minutes prior to the start of the match to prepare the facilities for cricket unless directed otherwise by Captains.

2. It is the responsibility of the player to check meet time and hours of play, Captains will contact players with selections.

3. Availability must be made clear by filling in the availabilities chart located in the clubhouse on a month by month basis if possible and/or confirm via the weekly match availabilities slips that are completed after every match.

4. If you will be late or have extenuating circumstances why you won’t be

there for designated meet time, you must report to the captain at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid prejudicing future selection.

5. For away matches it is the responsibility of the player to arrange

transport independently or with playing colleagues.

6. Match fees are as stated on previous page and WILL be required to be paid to the designated team member either before or after the match. Any player not paying their match fee may incur selection restrictions.

7. Whether playing home or away, players are reminded that they are representing Penn Cricket Club and as such should conduct themselves in a proper manner befitting of the name of the club and the sport of cricket. Sanctions may be incurred if behaviour on or off the field is deemed to be excessive, this may include but not limited to, foul and abusive language, violence and poor behaviour.
