Internal stripping and removal of asbestos

Removal of all timber stud and plasterboard ,

including all ceilings

All debris to be removed from the premises in preparation for ground works.

Trial excavations to prove solid bedrock , suitable to

cast concrete bases accommodating steel uprights

All excavations have been inspected by Emile Sanan, the Structural Engineer appointed by YPG Developments Ltd
