Landowner isthe sole owner aad halder of fee sinp)-e tltle to ti:e land soughtto bs annex*d tc the Oistrict, E$ indicat*d by the tax rol1s ofHarris County, Texas. Landowner repr*sents and warrants that thelienhold€r ccrsenti-ng to this petition by separate j-nstrument isthe on1-y holder of liens against the }and saught to be annexed,

The area cf the Distrj-ct is urban innature, is rrij-thin the growing envj-rons of Houston, &nd is inclose proximity to pcpulcus and develcped sections of HarrisCounty. ?he land sought to be addpd to ?he Dj-strict is not'supplied with adequate r*ater, sanitary sewer and drai-nagefacilities and services, n$r is it presently economicallyfeasible for such facilities to he pravided to said land. ?heheallh and welfare af the present and future inhabilants of theDistrict, the land sougl:t to bc added to the Dj-strict and ofterritoriss adjacent thereto require the installation andacquisition of an adequate r,'rater supply and sewage dispr:sa}system and an adeguate drairage system far and r,vithin the landsought ta be added to the District. Petitioner agrees and covenants to abide by the conditionsset forth in Exhibit rtBrr, attached hereto and rnade a part hereoffor all purposes, until such time as said conditions may bechanged by City ordinance or resolution, either specific orgeneral.

It is estimated by the Petitioner, from such information asis available at this time, that the development contemplatedwithin the proposed area to be annexed will be approximately$ 4 ,500 ,000 .

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully prays that this petitionbe granted in all respects and that the City of Houston give itsconsent to the annexation of the aforesaid land in said District.
