20 Min: Run, Stretch, Throw

10 Min: Base Running

● Use all four bases on the field, or make four bases in the OF ○ How to hit first properly ○ Rounding first ○ Leading off first ○ Secondary lead ○ Diving Back to First

30 Min: Group Defence

● Split into two groups ● One group is OF & one group is INF ● 15 min stations then switch ● INF:

○ Triangle fielding drill ○ 3 Cone drill (attack the Baseball) ○ Partner ground balls

● OF: ○ Re-explanation to getting behind baseball ○ Partner Flyball Catch (work behind ball Baseball) ○ Route run and catch

30 Min: Over the Line

● Split field into two half (Left Field & Right Field) ● Set out three lines of cones( Edge of INF, one pair 20-30ft after and

another one 20-30 ft after that) ● Split players into two equal teams ● One team is on defense and one team is hitting (can use coach pitch

or hit off Tee) ● Each Line of Cones is one base if the ball gets past the players ● Errors also equal a base ● Each team either gets three outs or everyone hits before you switch
