Evaluate strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance
Develop an individualized home exercise program

Patient (child) has Type 2 DiabetesAt risk for Type 2 Diabetes (is overweight with a
BMI>85th% and has one of the following): elevated glucose elevated insulin level elevated hemoglobin A1C Signs of insulin resistance First degree relative with Type 2 Diabetes
A parent (guardian) must attend, siblings 7 years and older welcome
