Sandbags vs. PEDERO Pipeline Foam

• PEDERO Pipeline Foam is able to perform work from ground level, negating the need to get in the trench

• Installed in a fraction of the time as sandbags and is therefore a better value

• With foam, there is no part of the trench breaker that is abrasive

• For narrow trenches, there is a need to widen trench to place sandbags

• Sandbags weigh over 40lbs and can cause injury to crew creating workman’s compensation claims

• Sandbags have to be filled at or near the site requiring 8-10 men to keep up with 1 of our custom rigs

Froth Pack Foam vs. PEDERO Pipeline Foam

• No fires due to proprietary chemical and proper dispensing

• Complete temperature control because of Pedero’s superior equipment resulting in correct ratio foam which is stronger and prevents pipe from buckling

• Can result in combustion fires if and when a second layer of foam is sprayed on foam that has not cured completely

• No ability to control temperature resulting in over ratio foam delivery
