Command PECE POC calls NBK SLO

NBK SLO locates a school that would like a PECE Partner

NBK SLO connects the Command PECE POC & the School PECE POC and cc’s AD PECE Coordinator

School and Command PECE POCs discuss what would School like and what can Command provide. If agreement…

Command PECE POC notifies SLO & PECE Coord and sets up data collection system.

PECE Partnership is a GO!

1. By last work day of month, Command POC sends PECE data to AD PECE Coordinator with cc to NBK SLO

2. If Command PECE POC is no longer able to participate, Command tries to find new Command PECE POC

3. If Command is no longer interested, can’t continue--notify AD PECE Coordinator and School PECE POC immediately.

4. At a minimum, contact AD PECE Coordinator and NBK SLO prior to start of school year and at end of school year re: continuing with the school? any issues or concerns? Any POC changes?
