The repair and maintenance of metal roofs has never been easier or more effective. Using on roof seams, fasteners, and other roof joints water tight sealing can be accomplished effectively and economically. Simply apply in a heavy bead over end laps and vertical seams, or in a dollop over defective fasteners. is a brush-grade mastic with unique physical properties. Unlike most asphaltic or acrylic coatings, will not crack or become brittle over numerous freeze/thaw cycles. This unique material actually stretches and recovers to bridge roof joints in which thermal movement can be expected. With 1500 PSI Tensile Strength and 600% Elongation capabilities, can singlehandedly tackle most metal repairs. is typically stocked and purchased as white in color. Clear is also stocked for skylight panel restoration. White is U.V. Stable but clear PEB Water Proofing is only moderately U.V. Stable.

Before applying the roof must be free from grease, dirt, moisture, and all foreign

products. Using a power washer works best. But for small repair jobs one could use a brush and water (repeatingly if repair area is properly clean. Remember to let dry before applying . Apply in a temperature range of 40° to 120°F. After application, has a service temperature range of -40° to 180°F.

NATURAL DAYLIGHTING SYSTEM

Dual-dome lens design captures from all angles, while also providing a thermal barrier to maintain the unit’s thermal neutrality.

Specular mirrored aluminum panels cover the inside of the unit, allowing maximum light transfer to the interior of the building.

When natural light diminishes, the system utilizes LED’s to replace that light, and regulate Lux output to the interior up to 5,800 Lux. The lifetime of LED lamps is approximately 50,000 hours.

Diffusing lens provides glare free natural light to the interior, while also screening out the more harmful spectrum of sunlight.

The inner structure is made of galvanized steel to provide strength and

rigidity to the entire unit. The exterior walls are made of aluminum

to keep the unit light weight.

Mounting curb provides an installation platform, and is crucial in our leak proof design.
