Session Records Review at the Nov. 17 Presbytery Meeting Clerks of Session are reminded that 2015 minutes are due to be reviewed during 2016. Minutes are reviewed alphabetically by church name at Presbytery meetings. The 2015 minutes for churches beginning with the letters D-H are scheduled for review at the November 17, 2016 meeting. However, minutes may be submitted for review at any time. Minutes submitted for review at the Presbytery meeting should be picked up at the end of the meeting. Picking up minutes saves the Presbytery the expense of mailing them. Churches are reminded that they should submit a com- pleted “Session Records Review Form” with the Min- utes. The form is available online at www.peakspresbytery.org . (Click on “Resources”; then click on “Forms & Documents”; then click on “Session Records” to locate the form.)
