Ohio Through the filing of a deed at Somerset Saturday morning last it was made known that time Queen and Crescent railroad com- pany contemplates the removal of all their shops now located at judlow Ky and Chattanooga Fonn to Somerset and that the change will be made as rap dly as possible The deed shows the company to be the purchaser of 200 acres of land adjacent to their property and tracks at sold barteredor loaned therein whim petition was signed by 25 per cent of the legal voters in said preCinct on the basis of the votes cast at the regular election last held in said pre- cinct and the money to pay the ex- penses of said election having been depositedIt therefore ordered that a poll be opened at the regular voting place be held by the Sheriff of this county in the said Magisterial dis- trict No 4 Grays voting precinct No 11 Knox county Kentucky or Friday September 30 1904 for thc purpose of taking the sense of the legalvoters of said precinct who are qualified to vote at an election for county officers upon the propo sitionwhether or not spirituous vinous and malt liquors shall be sold bartered and loaned therein the Sheriff will advertise the time and place for holding they are each citizens residents of voting precinct No 11 known as Grays precinst in Knox county Kentucky and that it the last general election held in said precinct there were cast 420 totes and no election upon the question as to whether there shall or should not be told intoxicating liquors in the pre rinct has been held within three ears last past They say it is their lesire and do now
