OKLAHOMA CARES Breast and cervical cancer treatment program If you are a woman between the ages of 19 and 65, meet income guidelines and are uninsured, you may be eligible for the Oklahoma Cares SoonerCare program. SoonerCare will cover the costs for diagnosis and treatment of breast and cervical cancer for all qualified women. Who can apply? Women who have: • an abnormal screening result for breast or cervical cancer; • been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer; or • a precancerous condition.
