Card Sales Catalog HIGHLAND FRIENDSHIP CLUB (HFC) is a non-‐profit organization whose mission is to serve individuals with disabilities from teens through adulthood by providing a range of programs and opportunities to develop lifelong skills, friendships, and connections within our community. The cards sold in this catalog are handmade by HFC members as a part of the Community Club Program. Profits from these cards will be put back into the Community Club Program to enrich our member’s daily community growth. We thank you for believing in the lives of our members and families.

Each clear hard plastic box contains SIX 4x6” cards with white envelopes, which make great gifts or to keep on hand! NOTE: you can indicate preference of color: pastel, dark, white, or bright on the order form below. You can have more than one color per pack. If you not indicate a color preference we will surprise you with some charming selections. We offer 3 easy ways to place your order:

1. Mail-in Order: Complete the order form below and mail with check payable to HFC at: HFC PO Box 16437 Saint Paul, MN 55116

We will contact you to discuss delivery options that meet your needs and schedule.

2. Call-in Order: Call Bo LaFountaine at 320-‐469-‐6038. Payment options are cash, check, or debit/credit card. We offer several delivery options in order to meet your convenience.

3. Email Order: Complete the order form below and scan to Bo LaFountaine at: [email protected]. She will contact you to discuss payment options (cash, check, debit/credit) as well as delivery options.

PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CUSTOM ORDERS: We will do all that we can to meet your custom needs such as inserting or printing an inside message or business logo.
