Slide riser assemblies onto rails. Ensure bottom bushings are not fully tight and rotate eccentric bearings as needed to allow riser to slide onto railK

STEP 1: Rotate clockwise until snug (unscrew and move to outermost hole if bushing easily turns full rotation)

STEP 2: While holding bushing snug, tighten bolt with 5mm allen wrench

RISER ASSEMBLY:Slide riser assembly onto rail1.Rotate eccentric bushing 2.counter-clockwise until tight, hold in place while tightening screw. Repeat for both eccentric bushingns on each riser plate (4 total)

Be sure to tighten set screws before moving onto next step

GANTRY ASSEMBLY:Slide on Acme Screw to shaft adapter, 1.leave set screws loose.Slide one 1/2" Shaft Collar on to use as 2.bumper. Leave untightened.Slide Gantry Plate onto rail using same 3.method as the riser plates, rotating screw to thread on acme nut. Leave eccentric bushings untightened.Slide second 1/2" Shaft Collar on to use as 4.bumper. Leave untightened.Attach Radial Bearing Block to extrusion as 5.shown below. Tighten set screws on shaft adapter.

STEP 1: Turn bushing with cresent wrench until snug. If tbushing does not feel snug after one full rotation, transfer bushing and bearing to outermost hole

STEP 2: While holding bushing tight, tighten screw with 5mm allen wrench

GANTRY ASSEMBLY:Tighten down "bumper" 1/2" Shaft Collars 1.to prevent Gantry Plate from running off the edge of the V-Con plate.Tighten the eccentric bushings on the 2.back of the Gantry Plate, moving the bushings to alternate holes where necessary.

21 CABLE TRACK INSTALLATION:

Note: It may be easier to route your cables through the track prior to fastening. The cables for the Z axis go through both sets of cable track. The cables for the Y axis go though only the loewr cable track. The X axis does not use an extension cable, this motor plugs directly into the control box.

Lower Cable Track1. Lay out the longer cable track with two pin ends along the base of the router.2. Attach one end to the moving cable track bracket using M5 flat head screws.3. Attach the other end to the fixed cable track bracket on the rear using M5 flat head screws.

Upper Cable Track1. Thread the M6 button head cap screw through the hole in the open end of the cable track then bolt onto the Nema 23 motor mount on the Z axis as shown.2. Secure the pin end of the cable track to the closer slot of the gantry extrusion using the m5 roll in tnut and a M5 flat head screw.

Plug the provided emergency stop unit into the port labeled "E-Stop". This allows the motors to be enabled5
