Welcoming you to Hermit Kingdom and highlighting few expectations from this in this region for making your visit a memorable one. - Even if you feel healthy, first day has to be a full day rest/sleep for acclimatization - Do not indulge in strenuous activities, tobacco intake in any form and alcoholism - Adhere to hot water timings given at your respective hotels to enjoy hot shower - Do not wash clothes, which leads to non availability of hot water to other guests instead use Laundry services provided in the hotel - Maintaining timings at the restaurant will also help hotel serve hot meals - Although your meal request is taken into consideration there are little choices on offer - Your vehicle is not on disposal, it’s on group sharing basis, please coordinate and cooperate with fellow passengers for usage - In case you need to use the vehicle for personal/extended use, check with the driver and pay directly as per union rates (rate list available in each cab) - Qualis/ Scorpio provided for all transfer and sightseeing accommodating 6 adult passenger - Children below 12 years are not considered for a separate seat and will be seated in the same cab, although a max of 9 pax including driver in each vehicle - Water is heated with firewood or coal as geysers and boilers are not allowed - Room heaters are not allowed and hoteliers may help you with burners/ hot water bottle & extra quilts/ blankets - In case your itinerary has a one night stay at Nubra, there will be a Tent on twin sharing basis at all hotels with or without attached toilets - Mobile connectivity is a problem in this region only BSNL, Airtel, Aircel are service providers and few postpaid connections on roaming might work - Ladakh is an indifferent tourist destination and locals will not go out of the way for monetary benefits, Please refrain from attempting affordability for extras - When in Leh eat like the Ladakhi’s do, try the food cooked in the best possible way in this region - Resources are limited, please use them economically also refrain from littering everywhere, bringing waste back in litter backs from your excursions - Try reaching out local contacts and our representatives in Leh rather connecting with booking office/ sellers.
