OverviewVery easy to programme and perform mandrel bends.Cycle would be as follows: Insert tube over the mandrelto a pre-set stop. Step on foot switch, clamp and pressure die comes in. Tube is bent to the pre-programmed angle. Mandrel retracts, clamp andpressure die opens. Operator removes the bent tube from the bend die. Operator steps on the foot switch, the bend die returns to zero and the mandrel moves forward. Ten bends can be pre-programmed and performed in sequence.

OverviewVery easy to programme through a touch screen PLCcontrol with graphic guidance to perform mandrelbends. Cycle would be as follows: Insert tube over themandrel into the collet. Move carriage manually back to the first stop. Step on foot switch, clamp and pressure die comes in. Tube is bent to the pre-programmed angle. Mandrel retracts, clamp and pressure die opens. Operator moves the carriagemanually to the next stop, the bend die returns to zero,the B axis rotates to the pre-programmed angle and the mandrel moves forward and the cycle repeats itself.Ten bends can be pre-programmed and performed insequence. 100 programmes with ten bends each can be saved in the memory.

Tube is bent to the pre-programmed angle. Mandrel retracts, clamp and pressure die opens. The machine moves forward in the DBB (Y) axis, the POB (B) axis rotates and the next bend DOB (C) is made in the tube.Operator removes the bent tube from the bend die. Operator steps on the footswitch, the bend die returns to zero and the mandrel moves forward. Ten bends per component can be pre-programmed. 30 bends x 1000 partsstorage optional.

RTH ShortThe tube to be cut is inserted into the shearing hole and over the mandrel bar until contact is madewith the length stop. After the cutting operation, the mandrel together with the length stop is pulled out of the shear bushing. Once the cut off piece is outside the tool, it is stripped off from the mandrel by means of a top sleeve.
High volume production requirements can be met on our fully automatic hydraulicmodels. Production volumes of up to 6000 pieces per hour can be obtained. Max bar diameter is 30mm.

Tube End Forming
The TM 70 end forming machine is a basic machine for expanding and reducing tube by the use of segmented tooling.
Tubing up to 76.2mm diameter is expanded using segmented fingers and amandrel inside the tube, or reduced using segmented jaws forced through afixed cone on the outside of the tube.
