• Click on the documents folder

• The sub folders and documents are displayed

• Select the document to sign• Document will be displayed

along with sign tools in the right side

• The document will be copied into Original folder

• In annotate mode the document background color changes to yellow

• Click on toggle button to switch between modes

• Click on redo button to clear the annotations done

• Click on stepper to increase or decrease brush thickness

ANNOTATE PROCESS - SAVE THE SIGNED DOCUMENT

• After completing the annotation click on Save button to save the annotated document

• If saved as draft will be saved in Draft folder. Can be continued remaining work later

• If finalized signed document will be saved in Signed folder and draft will be deleted

• Option to save and not to delete draft too


• Sign tool to capture add signs into the document

• Initial to create and add initials to document

• Text tool to enter repeated text and add to PDF

• Click on edit to delete the sign• Option to delete all the signs in

INBUILT BROWSER AND OPEN IN PDFS FROM OTHER APPS

• Open In the PDF from other apps to Sign Expert

• It will be stored into Documents -> Received Files folder

• Use inbuilt browser to download PDF from internet

• It will be downloaded into Documents -> Browser Downloads
