COMPANY BACKGROUNDArgus Security Projects Balkans (ASP Balkans) has been a member of the Argus Security Project’s Holding since 2004. As a member of the ASP Holding, ASP Balkans not only has access to the resources and strengths within its own individual companies, but a network of security companies under our holdind; including resources ranging from equipment, to finances, regional expertise, etc.

As the parent company, ASP Holding oversees the activities of each member of the ASP Holding without directly involving itself; allowing each company to manage itself independently and locally.

Collectively, the ASP holding currently has more than 900 staff, permanently deployed worldwide.

ASP Balkans is very well situated as one of the leading companies within the diplomatic security sector, and relies on its resources and quality policy to remain competitive in the worldwide market.

CRISIS MANAGEMENTBusiness of the ASP group in many unstable areas has allowed ASP Balkans to gain experience and expertise in the field of crisis management. Our experience allows us to better control the priorities and operational protocols as well as better management of any crisis, including: crisis cell, protocols, family assistance, emergency evacuation equipment.

MONITORING CENTERSOur Monitoring Emergency Response Centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with highly trained security professionals who follow streamlined standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Being focused on delivering excellent customer service ASP Balkans has developed a two level system of event monitoring centers:I. Local Monitoring Centers, located in Podgorica, Skopje, Tirana and Pristina - providing monitoring facilities, collecting of information and their distribution for purposes of ASP;II. Regional Monitoring Center for the Balkans, located in Belgrade, that provides support to all local ASP branch offices.

Apart from standard Fire, Intruder and other alarm and event monitoring with emergency services, all our sites are fully equipped for the remote monitoring of clients CCTV and Video surveillance systems (analog/hybrid/IP), and rebuild/upgrade such systems if needed. We also have all necessary equipment and experience provide various Location Based Services (Lone Worker, Vehicle/Asset tracking, Geo-fencing and monitoring etc.) with Proactive and/or Reactive responses on trigger events, depending on the protocol agreed with the client. All our monitoring solutions are based on individual requirements that are customized to each customer detailing how to respond to each alarm and event.

PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL PROTECTIONThe experience acquired abroad makes ASP Montenegro reliable partner in the field of security of premises and persons. In this specific context, our services include surveillance systems, security, motorcycle patrol, QRF (Quick Reaction Force), as well as close protection for VIP. Based on our field experience, our company specializes in the following areas: protection of persons, safe transport, escort, protection of sensitive sites, building protection, patrol system for quick response team, data protection.

LOGISTICSSecure transport of people and equipment in hostile enviroments is one of ASP Holding main activities. Organizing the movement, accommodation and equipment in conflict and post-conflict countries can be a challenge, especially in the Middle East and Africa. Our teams have experience and resources to successfully provide logistical support for staff evacuation, secure VIP escorts and to deliver supplies to locations where security situation can unexpectedly deteriorate.

DEVELOPMENT OF SECURITY PLANSIn accordance with the relevant international and European standards, all in accordance with positive legal regulations of client business, we develop security plans of protected objects, objects of national critical infrastructure and facilities at the request of clients.

Within these plans, we estimate the risk to protect persons, property and business, technical security project and fire protection project.
