NICF Diploma in Software and Applications (Requirement Gathering and Process Redesign)Your Starting Point to a Career in SAP ERP

" My ultimate goal is to deliver business competitiveness by optimizing operational efficiency and agility. I streamline our business processes through leading-edge ERP technology and apply operational best practices to deliver cost savings and to improve responsiveness."

Globalisation and the explosion of the internet have brought about easy access to information and significant change to the way businesses operate.

In order to stay competitive, organisations often have to search for sustainable ways to maintain cost efficiencies and optimise productivity. It is thus not uncommon for businesses to outsource/offshore general IT functions to cheaper options.

However, not all IT functions can be easily outsourced, especially high-end job functions that require knowledge of business and IT. As such, multidisciplinary "T-shaped" Business IT professionals will remain critical human assets, which organisations will endeavour to keep.

In line with the National Infocomm competency Framework and supported by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), the NICF Diploma in Software and Applications (Requirements Gathering and Process Redesign) aims to transform and develop multidisciplinary "T-shaped" business professional through:

– Competency-based Education– Experiential Learning Programmes – Career Enrichment or Transition Support Programmes

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the system which manages all the information and functions of businesses from shared data stores. In this regard, Lithan Hall Academy has developed and accredited the NICF Diploma in Software and Applications (Requirements Gathering and Process Redesign).

If you are one of the following:

– A Finance, HR, Procurement or Logistics professional, or– Non-SAP ERP Software Engineer, or– An SAP ERP End-user or professional looking for career advancement through broader knowledge of enterprise systems operations

Then a career in ERP with a focus on SAP ERP systems may be your ideal career choice.

Become a Multidisciplinary "T-Shaped" ERP Professional
