DRAFT

What is the point of Capacity Corner?

• RttT Goal is for our team to build local capacity

• Create room on our plates in order to be trainers of NCEES and EVAAS

• Create space to pace the module development

• Gather new ideas for how our teammates are building local capacity

• Share the good ideas so our teammates don’t have to reinvent the wheel

• Every team will have an opportunity to share

DRAFTIssues Bin• Post on your wiki and inform users that the online tool will lockdown June 30, 2012 for

teacher and administrator evaluations. All evaluations must be in the tool by that deadline. Include this in your webinars – every webinar.

• Lynne will be asking if all districts attend Fidelity Check. If a district/charter is missing, be prepared to share your plan for getting them caught up.

• Plan to attend the upcoming webinars on NCEES. You must attend one offering of each topic. Webinar dates are on NCEES wiki. They have been advertised.

• We have an additional Go-To account. The process is the same. User name is [email protected] and the password is Erdwizards10.

• As you complete your peer observation, email Eliz the date of the observation and who the observer was. For your learning, be sure to identify areas you are concentrating in order for your observer to offer focused feedback.

• We will be asking you to present part of the Educator Effectiveness session for round 3.

• What else?
