Welcome to the PCM Management Seminar™

Process Communication Model® or PCM is a tool which:

- enhances your leadership capabilities - improves your communication skills - strengthens your relationship-building and managerial skills.

PCM provides you with the means to:

- make lasting contacts and build successful relationships - successfully motivate your team over time - resolve conflicts in a constructive way.

The model gives employees, managers and leaders an immediate understanding of:

- Themselves: Their personality, strengths and weaknesses, communication styles, and managerial performance, motivations and likely behavior under stress.

- Mechanisms of communication: Processes of communication at the heart of social interactions, the handling of conflicts. Be prepared for a number of “AHA-effects“! Learn how to make a difference!

The seminar will teach you how to design communication processes and how to implement them in business interactions with different personality types. We cover both one-to-one and group (small and large) communication. Theory is worthless without application! This is why the seminar is built on a wide range of practical exercises to help you improve the way you communicate in real life. PCM will be beneficial not only to your business performance, but also to your private life. If you feel happy and satisfied with yourself, you will naturally perform better in your work and achieve more. Sustainability Sustainability is important to us. Our former seminar participants are therefore free to refresh the experience of Realizing Potential whenever they need to. 5C! 8. The Kahler Personality Profile A valuable part of all our Process Communication Seminars is the Personality Pattern Inventory (PPI) Questionnaire. This is not a test, it is an inventory based on the Process Communication Model®, used to identify personality types. The personality profile (which is produced on the basis of the PPI) is a tool used during the seminar to help people understand themselves and others. Thanks to the different PCM techniques you develop a better understanding of yourself, which in turn puts you in a better position to communicate effectively with others. Knowing your personality type helps you identify both your own main tendencies and those of your partner. However simple observation alone is not enough to determine the overall personality type of a person. To achieve this, it is necessary to create a personality profile. The personality profile helps you determine:

- the personality structure and strengths of character - the current phase - the psychological needs and sources of motivation - likely behavior under mild and severe distress - the preferred perception and style of communicating.

The personality profile tells you which environment promotes or hinders the development and performance of a specific personality type. It also enables you to build teams according to the ‘interaction range’ of each individual member. In your personal life, it makes it easier for you to recognize your own strengths and weaknesses as well as your psychological needs; it enables you to avoid miscommunication. The profile helps you to understand better both your own behavior and that of others when under stress. It gives you tips and techniques to build constructive relationships. 9. Seminar preparation: Up to two weeks prior to the seminar, we send out an email to the participants requesting them to fill in the online PPI Questionnaire. You will be given an ID-Code to access the online questionnaire. The Personality Profile is personalized and confidential; no one else except you can access it. Only one copy is printed out and handed over to the "owner", in person, by the certified PCM Trainer. No information in relation to an individual’s personality profile will be disclosed or discussed with any one else.
