• The nominated onsite exhibitor representative for each booked site must complete the online induction prior to being able to access the Show.

• The Exhibitor Pre Show briefi ng with be held on Thursday 2nd March 2017 from 4pm-6pm at CIAWA o� ce, you will be able to collect your exhibitor ticket allocation at the briefi ng.

Thank you for your application to exhibit at the RAC Perth Caravan & Camping Show 2017. This Exhibitor Manual has been designed to address any queries you may have and includes important information relating to Move In, Show Days and Move Out, including advice specific to site location and key exhibitor responsibilities.

2. Show Dates & Times Wednesday 22nd – Sunday 26th March 2017 from 09:00am – 5:00pm daily.

3. Payment of AccountAll site fees and additional expenses must be paid in full by 27th of January 2017, and exhibitors will not be permitted access to the venue unless all invoices have been paid. Payment can be made via electronic transfer, credit card or cheque.

Cancellation fees apply if the site is cancelled by the exhibitor – we direct you to the Terms and Conditions for further information.

4. Show O� ceLocated in the Wilkinson Gallery building, site 380. Contact number for the Show O� ce is 0475 561 190 and the o� ce will be open on Show Days from 7.00am to 5.30pm daily.

5. Online InductionA minimum of one (1) nominated representative for each booked site must complete the online induction prior to Move In. The nominated representative is responsible for ensuring all sta� manning the site comply with the safety requirements as per the online induction.

The induction is available online from Monday 9th January 2017 and must be completed prior to 5pm on Friday 10th March 2017. www.caravanandcampingshow.com.au/contractors

It should be noted that all contractors working on behalf of an exhibitor during move in and move out must also complete the online induction.

6. InsuranceExhibitors are required to submit a valid copy of your Public Liability Insurance certifi cate no later than Friday 27th of January 2017. Please email to [email protected]

A minimum cover of twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) for the period 20th March 2017 – 27th March 2017 is required and must note the following as interested parties:

• Caravan Industry Association Western Australia (as the Event Organiser);

• Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia (as the Venue)

Public Liability Insurance can be arranged on your behalf at a cost of $350 including GST (subject to rate increases). Please email [email protected] if your require this.

7. Exhibitor Pre-Show Briefi ngAn exhibitor briefing will be held on Thursday, 2nd March 2017 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm at the CIAWA office in Cannington. It is important that at least one exhibitor from each site attends this briefi ng (with the exception of interstate or regional exhibitors). Exhibitor Packs will be available for collection at the briefi ng provided that all fees and forms have

8. AccommodationRefer to the Exhibitor Download section on the Show website for a list of suggested accommodation providers – www.caravanandcampingshow.com.au/downloads.

Under no circumstances are exhibitors permitted to sleep on site at any area within the Showground.

9. AnimalsAnimals are not permitted onto the grounds, whether brought in as personal pets or part of your display. The exception to this is Seeing Eye Dogs and authorised Companion Dogs, whom are both permitted access however are required to be on a leash at all times.

10. BatteriesIt is prohibited to charge batteries overnight in caravans, camper trailers or motorhomes (or the like) as it presents a risk of batteries heating up, which in turn can cause fi re, emissions, explosions, etc.

11. Cleaning ChemicalsEnsure that any cleaning chemicals brought onto the showgrounds are properly labelled and that fl ammables are kept in a well ventilated area away from ignition sources.

12. CompetitionsExhibitors are not permitted to hold, or allow to be held, a sale by auction, lottery, ra� e, competition or sideshow without the prior written approval of the Event Manager. For most competitions, Government permits are not required in Western Australia however it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to carefully check what requirements there are for your competition, prior to the commencement of the competition. Even though no permit may be required, you must still comply with all appropriate Government regulations.

13. DeliveriesThe Event Organiser, or venue, are unable to accept delivery of any goods on behalf of an exhibitor. A company representative must be onsite to receive any deliveries, and the Event Organiser takes no responsibility for items delivered and not signed for.

If transporting goods from outside of WA, we recommend that you allow su� cient time for delivery.

All couriers will need to enter the Showground via Gate 1 (Graylands Road) and required to provide name, phone number, vehicle registration and exhibitor stand information prior to entering the venue. Move In passes are not required for courier or truck delivery. A delivery label is included at the back of the Manual for exhibitor use.

14. Electrical and Water Connection RequestsIf you require an electrical connection or water supplied on your site (with the exception of exhibitors located inside Pavilions), complete the Exhibitor Order Form at the back of this manual. This form must be returned via email to [email protected] by Friday 20th of January 2017. Orders received after this date will occur a late fee.

It is recommended that you submit a mud map outlining your preferred connection location(s) however please understand that this is used as a guide only and your preferred location cannot always be guaranteed.

15. Entry / Exit Points on Exhibitor StandsAll exhibitors are required to have at least one (1) entry / exit point (>2m in width) for every 10m of frontage. The maximum required number of entry / exit points is four (4) for any one stand. All entry / exit points must be linked to the common aisle way running through the site.

16. Exhibitor FunctionThe function will be held on Friday 24th of March after the Show closes from 5.00pm to 7.00pm in the Wattle Room of the RAS Grandstand (ground fl oor). Please join us to enjoy complimentary drinks and nibbles.

There will be awards for the best presented stands in the following categories:

• Indoor Display

• Outdoor Display (100sqm + under)

• Outdoor Display (Over 100sqm)

• Tourism Display

17. Exhibitor LoungeThere will be a centralised exhibitor lounge, with free tea and coffee facilities, during the Show open days (being Wednesday to Sunday), located in the Wattle Room of the RAS Grandstand (Ground Floor).

18. Exhibitor PassesEach booking will be allocated a number of Five Day and One Day exhibitor passes. Please refer to the individual area pages within this manual for detailed information on allocations. If you require additional passes, refer to the Exhibitor Order Form at the back of this manual.

Please note that exhibitor passes will not be posted and must be collected in person, either from the CIAWA o� ce (pre-move in) or the Show O� ce during move in.

Exhibitor Passes are to be worn by every sta� member exhibiting on a stand during event days. Any exhibitors leaving the Showground during event times must obtain a stamp out if they wish to return.

We remind exhibitors that Exhibitor Passes are to be used by exhibitors only; please do not give these passes to friends, family or consumers. Complimentary Passes are available for purchase and are valid for entry from 9.00am.

19. Exhibitor Site ProtocolAll sites must be sta� ed and operational during the Show hours (9.00am to 5.00pm daily) with exhibitor product to be displayed for the entire duration of the event. Failure to comply will result in a $400 charge, for every instance, to the credit card supplied at the time of booking.

No advertising, posting, distributing or canvassing for business is to be conducted outside of an exhibitors booked site area, or elsewhere in the Showground.

Exhibitors must not in any way disparage or denigrate other exhibitors, product or sites. This includes verbal or written, or electronic means either by an exhibitor, company or personally. Any exhibitor, or company representative, engaging in such behaviour will be immediately removed from the Show with no fi nancial compensation.

20. EvacuationEvacuation will occur in the event of fi re, bomb threat, gas leak, natural disaster, or any other activity deemed as life threatening by the Event Manager, Venue or Safety Manager.

If an emergency evacuation occurs, adhere to the following:

• Remain calm – do not panic

• Listen carefully to the alarm tones and any announcements made

• Follow the directions of the Emergency Wardens

• Move quickly (do not run) to the designated emergency assembly areas

21. Fire Extinguishers (Outdoor and Oval Sites)If a marquee forms part of your display, and it is between 100-400m2 in area, exhibitors are required to adhere to the following fi re regulations:

• A 4.5kg (Dry Chemical AB(E) in current test and tag) is required for every 100m2 and one located within 5m of exits. E.g. if you have a 20m x 20m marquee you are required to have 4 x 4.5kg extinguishers in place.

• 1 x exit out to clear space with an EXIT sign above, clearly defi ning the exit.

22. Fire SafetyFire extinguisher points (reels, hydrants etc.) are situated within all pavilions and throughout the grounds. Under no circumstances may these be covered or used for other than their intended purpose. Use of fi re hoses will activate the fi re alarm. Costs levied for attendance at a false alarm will be on-charged to the exhibitor.

No exhibit may obstruct any fi refi ghting equipment. Keep at least 1 metre clear and clear line of sight. Designated fi re exits must not be obstructed in any way and no exhibit may protrude into any aisles.

Exhibitors, and all sta� on site, are reminded to note the location of the nearest exit and fi re extinguisher.

23. First AidFirst aid will be on site during move in, move out and opening hours of the Show. The First Aid o� ce is located in the Channel Ten Building, Site 326, and is located opposite the Robinson Pavilion.

24. Flammable Fuel & Liquids – General Information• All fl ammable gas and/or gas bottles must be tested and stamped by a gas cylinder testing station if Australia, as per Australian Standards.

• Fuel lines and carburettors must be secure and free from leaks. Petrol caps must be close fi tting and locked.

• Internal gas bottles for cooking with stoves, hot plates and barbeques is illegal and contravenes the Gas

Standards Regulations 1999.

• Cooking demonstrations must be done using electronic hotplates only.

• Any use of naked fl ames must be preapproved by the venue in conjunction with the Event Manager.

25. Food and Beverage SamplingPrior written approval from the venue (RAS WA) is required to supply or sell food or beverages, including samples. The RAS WA has sole catering rights to the Showground.

Due to Health Department legislation, any exhibitor undertaking food sales, demonstrations or sampling, must complete the RAS WA Stall Holders Form and return directly to the RAS WA by 24th of February 2017.

26. ForkliftsA forklift (with or without driver) will be available over the duration of the move in and move out period.

If using your own forklift on site, it must be operated by a licenced forklift drive only, and the online induction must be completed by this person prior to operating the forklift. A valid licence must be presented upon request of the Event / Venue Safety O� cer.

If using the site forklift, a valid forklift licence must be presented to the Show O� ce prior to use of the forklift, and all conditions of use must be adhered to at all times.

To book a forklift, please speak with the staff in the Show Office once you arrive onsite. Please understand that no guarantee is given as to availability of a forklift (with or without driver) at any nominated time.

27. Fuel TanksFuel tanks must be either 5% or 80% full. Drip Trays are also required underneath vehicles, and a small fi re extinguisher is required on display.

28. Helium Cylinders and Balloons Helium cylinders must be secured on your stand to prevent them from being bumped / knocked over, i.e. strapped to a trolley.

Helium balloons must be non-metallic and placed on a rigid rod or straw; the use of string or ribbon to tie to balloons is strictly prohibited.

29. LPG – Liquefi ed Petroleum Gas Correct storage practices must be observed at all times.

30. (LPG) CylindersLPG will expand to 100-200 times its volume when released from pressure depending on conditions. It is heavier than air and can travel signifi cant distances. It requires only approximately 15% in air concentration to be explosive. The leak of a

cylinder over-night has the potential for a major adverse event if ignited, possibly causing a chain reaction.

It is a condition of this event that all internal exhibitors ensure all gas cylinders are empty or removed (including those on vans etc. on display). Any cylinders found to not comply with this directive will be removed from the display at the cost of the exhibitor.

31. MarqueesALL marquees or temporary structures of any kind require a structural / engineering certifi cate which must be provided to the Event Organiser prior to 4.00pm on Tuesday 21st of March. This is in conjunction with the local council’s requirements and their direction must be followed. The structural / engineering certifi cate must include information on correct erecting, securing and operation of the structure. If you are unsure on this, or require clarifi cation, please email [email protected] prior to the Show.

We remind exhibitors that all marquees erected on site must be of a commercial standard and installed by the appropriate personnel in conjunction with the manufacturers specifi cations and instructions, including in accordance to weight and wind conditions.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to remove any marquee or temporary structure which is deemed to be unsafe or not in compliance with the above, and this will be at the exhibitor’s own expense.

32. NoiseAmplifi cation or music and / or voice reproduction and / or noise generated by demonstration of product will only be permitted subject to all speakers being directed inward on stands and so as not to cause nuisance or interference to any other exhibitor.

If directed to turn down the volume by a representative of the Event Organiser, the exhibitor is required to do so immediately.

33. Online InductionAt least one representative from each site must complete the online induction prior to Move In for the Show. It is the responsibility of the inductee to ensure all sta� are aware of and adhere to the regulations as outlined in the induction.

34. Parking (Event Days)Free exhibitor parking is only permitted with a valid Parking Permit which will be included in your Exhibitor Pack. Please note that only a limited number of parking permits are provided to the Event Organiser by the Venue, and once the allocation has been exhausted there will be no more available.

The venue will be charging visitors to the Show $5 per vehicle per day for parking, including exhibitors without a valid parking permit. Parking permit holders must enter through the gate outlined on your parking permit.

With parking onsite VERY limited, we strongly encourage exhibitors to car-pool or utilise public transport where possible.

35. Parking for Trucks / Trailers / Tow VehiclesTrucks, trailers, or tow vehicles of any kind, are not permitted to park within the dedicated exhibitor parking area. If you have a truck or trailer that needs to be left onsite, please email [email protected] prior to the Show to discuss your requirements.

36. Portable ToiletsExhibitors are not permitted to have portable ablutions (toilets) on their display, whether for sta� use or public access. Please use the existing facilities at the venue.

37. Prohibited ItemsThe following are prohibited onsite:

• Animals (with the exception of guide dogs and companion animals who must be on a leash at all times)

• Illegal Drugs

• (BYO) Alcohol

• Smoking – the venue is a non-smoking venue

38. Public TransportTransperth’s Fremantle Line train services will stop at the dedicated Showground Station during the operating hours of the Show. The fi rst train will arrive at 8.00am and the last train will depart at 6.00pm (Wednesday – Sunday only). For exhibitors catching the train outside of these hours, please use Claremont Station, located only a short walk from the Gate 1 entrance.

39. Retail Trading HoursOn behalf of all exhibitors, the Event Manager has obtained the required licence from the Department of Commerce who have granted extended retail trading hours at the 2017 event.

40. SecurityOnsite security is provided from 7am Sunday 19th March until 12pm Tuesday 28th March 2017. All goods and products kept onsite is done so at the exhibitors own risk. The Event Organiser takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items during Move In, Move Out and on Event days. Ensure personal items are not left unattended and that all purchases are receipted.

41. Selling Second Hand ItemsExhibitors are not permitted to sell second hand or used goods under any circumstances. Exhibitors who engage in restoration or repair work aligned with the industry may promote their services but are not permitted to sell any product(s.)

42. Sharing of Stands / Sub-Letting The sub-letting or sharing of Stands is strictly prohibited, and the Event Organiser reserves the right to remove any signage, display or product from Stands in breach of this condition. Your attention is drawn to the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions, previously circulated.your requirements.

43. SignageExhibitors are to ensure that signage and banners are professionally presented, and signage is to be kept within the perimeter of the booked site markings.

44. SpikingUnder no circumstances are marquee spikes, tear drop banners, tent pegs, fl ags or any object to be driven into asphalt, paving or grassed areas without prior approval by the venue. This is for your safety and it is important that you adhere to this. If you wish to spike into the ground, please contact the Show O� ce once you have arrived on site (and PRIOR to spiking in any areas).

45. Stairs and Ramps within Exhibits for Public AccessSteps used as entry to caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, or any exhibit, must comply with the requirements of the Building Code of Australia:

• Rises: Minimum 115mm and Maximum 190mm

• Goings: Minimum 250mm and Maximum 255mm

In any one set of stairs, a variance between the measurements of each step is not to be more than plus or minus 5mm.

46. StickersIt is a condition of the venue that stickers of any kind are not permitted to be handed out to visitors.

47. Telephone ConnectionIf you require a telephone or internet line on your stand, complete the Temporary Service Request form and return to Telstra Event Services by Thursday 16th February 2017. This is an external service provided by Telstra and has no a� liation to the Event Organisers.

48. Terms and ConditionsExhibitors are required to adhere to all Terms and Conditions, and all regulations as outlined in the 2017 Exhibitor Manual. If you require further clarifi cation or have any questions, please contact the Event Manager on (08) 9358 5622.

49. Trip Hazards• Ensure that ropes for tents / camper trailers etc. are highlighted to prevent trips and falls (e.g., fl uoro peg covers, bunting etc.) and design your display with adequate space for safe public access.

• Ensure that draw bars / tow bars on your display area are covered by highly visible signs, plants etc. to protect patrons from injury.

• For outdoor displays, all marquees, tents, umbrellas, furniture and shade structures must be adequately weighted/tied down, upon installation.

50. Vehicle Displays (Indoors)Drip trays are required to be placed underneath any vehicle displayed indoors (e.g. within Robinson/Ellie Eaton/Silver Jubilee/Jim Webster Pavilions). Any damage to permanent or temporary floor coverings will be on-charged to the exhibitor responsible.

51. Working at Heights / Use of LaddersNo exhibitor shall work on ladders at a height of 2 metres or greater. The following requirements must be met to work on ladders at any time during the exhibition:

• Bunting or cones enclosing the area to prevent accidental entry;

• Hazards associated with working on ladders (falls from height of both persons and objects) must be identifi ed, assessed and controlled;

• Ensure that the ladder has an angle or pitch of about 1:4

• Ensure that the ladder extends at least one metre above the landing;

• Ensure that the ladder is installed on a fi rm footing;

• Secure the top and bottom of the ladder where possible against displacement;

• Ensure that a non-conductive, insulated ladder is used for electrical work or near electrical hazards;

• Ensure that the ladder will not be sued in a manner that endangers any person.

52. Workplace Health & Safety RequirementsExhibitors are reminded of their legal obligation to manage risks associated with your display/site to ensure the safety of all workers (sta� ), contractors, public visitors, etc. who come onto the display area.

All Worksafe WA requirements must be adhered to at all times and are not to be viewed as discretionary.

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT REQUIREMENTS

DO’s• Clearly display your completed Move In / Move

• Everyone must be wearing high visibility apparel before entering the site

• Enclosed footwear is required

• Drive slowly. The maximum vehicle speed is 8km/h (e.g. walking pace)

• Switch on your hazard lights

• Couriers are required to enter the venue via Gate 1 (and sign in accordingly)

• Please be patient and do not queue jump

• Follow all signage around the venue

• Be mindful of forklifts operating both inside and outdoors

• Ensure your site is restored to its original condition

• Help us reduce our environmental footprint by discarding rubbish into the correct bins

• Be mindful and careful when reversing vehicles (make sure you have a spotter)

• Remember that all vehicles require individual move out passes (taken by security at the gate)

Don’ts• There is no parking permitted within the event

site unless it is (A) completely on your stand, or (B) for loading/unloading. Once you have fi nished loading/unloading, ensure that you move your vehicle to the carpark to prevent congestion

• The venue is a non-smoking venue

• Neither dogs, nor children, are allowed into the grounds during the set up / pack down period

• No unauthorised driving of vehicles in the pavilions (if you are unsure, please check)

• • No vehicle access into / within the site after the Show ends on Sunday 26th of March until approval is given by the Event Manager. This is to ensure that all consumers are o� site.

Each booking is supplied with one (1) move in pass only to help reduce vehicle congestion on site.

Familiarise yourself with your move in and move out allocated date/times. We encourage you to not leave it until the last minute to set up your stand as it will be very busy on site and you may experience delays in accessing forklifts, etc.

Exhibitor parking is available within the Showground (but externally of the event site) via Gate 5 (Graylands Road) and Gate 8 (Ashton Avenue).

Move Out passes will be available for collection from the Show Offi ce from 8.00am on Saturday 25th of March 2017. If you will require a large quantity of Move Out Passes, please email [email protected] in advance so we can prepare these in advance.

ELECTRICAL INFORMATION

General• All power outages must be reported to the

Organiser’s O� ce immediately on 0475 561 190. Only the onsite Electrician can re set.

• All Electrical Requirements at the show (with the exception of the pavilions) is to be completed by the appointed RAS electrical contractor ONLY.

• All Electrical Requirements for the Pavilions are to be completed by Perth Expo Electrical Contractor ONLY. Form 4 is to be returned to Perth Expo prior to 27th February 2017.

• The exact location of connections cannot be guaranteed and mud maps are only used as a guide.

• All Sites will run o� main power except the Bruce Campbell Arena (oval) which will be generated power.

• All leads and cords MUST be tagged and tested by a qualifi ed person/s. All leads and cords will be checked on site by an electrician.

• Random audits will be conducted on site throughout the Show. Exhibitors will be charged a fee for electrical connections used which were not ordered.

• Electrical connection (for outdoor areas) requests submitted after Friday the 20th of January 2017 will incur a charge of $200 per connection and cannot be guaranteed.

Caravans, Motorhomes, Camper trailers, tents & other

• Please note that according to AS/NZS 3001:2001 any lead used to supply electricity to caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, tents or even a non-rigid annex must be of one length only.

• Step downs (connecting a 15amp lead to a 10amp lead) are strictly prohibited.

• No piggy-back leads i.e. from one caravan to another.

• Be mindful and do not overload your allocated power connection.

Electrical Don’ts

• No 10amp leads supplying 15amp outlets.

• All leads must be 15amp if a caravan has a 15amp outlet.

• No piggy-back leads.

• If you have 10 vans then you require 10 leads.

• No more than six leads per box.

• Double adapters and/or power boards are not permitted.

• No sharing of power between stands .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

Exhibitors in Pavilions (Jim Webster/Silver Jubilee/Robinson/Ellie Eaton) are reminded to order power DIRECTLY through Perth Expo.

Exhibitors requiring power on Outdoor Space Only Sites, Oval Sites or Outdoor Marquee Sites requiring additional power will need to complete the Exhibitor Order Form (see attachments).

This form MUST be returned with a list of electrical equipment and mud map detailing preferred* location of connections via email to [email protected] no later than Friday 20th January 2017.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!

Special Occasions Permit

• Exhibitors are required to apply for a Special Occasion Permit directly through the Department of Commerce WA. The Event Organiser WILL NOT be applying for this permit on your behalf.

• A Special Occasion Permit is required when a Motor Vehicle Dealer is operating away from their licensed premises, and must be lodged at least seven (7) days prior to the event.

• An application fee applies for this permit – please contact the Department of Commerce for a copy of their current Fees and Charges structure.

• You are required to display this permit for the duration

of the Show, and in public view.

Motor Vehicle Dealers License

• WA Law stipulates that all dealers or retailers of motor vehicles must hold a valid WA Dealer’s Licence, and exhibitors and their product will not be permitted on site without this.

• Manufacturers without dealer representation in WA must apply for a WA Motor Vehicle Dealers Licence through the Department of Commerce. Please be mindful that this can be a lengthy process and we encourage to ensure that you allow su� cient time for this.

• For a holder of a current Motor Vehicle Dealer’s, Yard

Manager, Salespersons, or Car Market Operator’s licence in another State or Territory, you will need to complete and lodge a Notice for Registration of Equivalent Occupation (the Notice) and an application form for the relevant occupation.

• More information is available on the Department of Commerce website.

• If you are unsure of any of the above, we suggest that you contact the Department of Commerce directly to clarify any concerns or queries you may have.

Salesperson of Motor Vehicles • WA Law states that a Salesperson Licence is required

for a person employed or engaged by or on behalf of a Dealer to buy or sell motor vehicles. As a result, all Salespersons of motor vehicles at the Show must hold a valid Salespersons Licence (available through the Department of Commerce). Random audits are carried out by the Department of Commerce onsite with fi nes applicable for non-compliance.

• “Interstate salespeople coming to WA to carry out sales activities for trade events and expos for a short term must be licensed to carry out that work on behalf of a licensed dealer. To satisfy the knowledge requirements for the grant of a licence you will be required to undertake the motor vehicle salespersons licensing requirements course conducted by an accepted Registered Training Organisation (RTO) prior to the application being considered.” (Extract from the Department of Commerce website).

• If you intend to undertake the course via correspondence through the Motor Trade Association of WA (MTAWA) and you hold membership in an a� liated association in your home State/Territory, MTAWA has agreed to provide the course at member rates. For more information about this o� er please contact the MTAWA on be 9233 9800.

Non-Compliant Products

• All recreational vehicles exhibited at the Show must be compliant with Australian Design Rules and Australian Standards - no exceptions.

• Inspections and audits will be carried out by the Department of Transport WA during the Move In period (and Show open days if deemed necessary). Any vehicle that fails to retify issues found dusring the audit prior to the Show opening, are required to attach a temporary DISPLAY PURPOSE ONLY NOT FOR SALE sticker to the associated product and this must be kept on the vehicle at all times during the Show until the issues have been rectifi ed (note, sticker provided by CIAWA).

• Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a ban at future CIAWA events.

Handover of Products at the Show

• Exhibitors, inclusive of its agents, friends or family, must not allow a purchases of any of its display products to tow, or drive, such product either prior to, during or post Show within the event site, including car parks or any other areas in relation to the Show. This includes handover/delivery of product (motor vehicles and the likes).

• Exhibitors are reminded that they have an obligation to ensure a diligent, safe and explanatory handover takes place at a facility that has the necessary equipment to carry out this activity.

• These regulations are in place to ensure consumer safety is not compromised at any time.
