Our Objective
Late Shri Shankarrao Bajirao Patil, a well known Social Leader, Ex-Minister of
Maharashtra State for Co-operation and Ex-Parliamentarian, came from a well to
do agricultural family. He had a vision of establishing a Technical Institute for the
needs of the people at large and people from Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial area in
particular. These suburbs being the largest Industrial area in Asia needed
enormous technically skilled manpower. With the objectives of fulfilling public and
industrial needs, he invited reputed citizens from this region to participate in this
Local and National endeavour and established Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust.

In today's modern era, where technology is at par excellence, we at PCCoE religiously believe in nurturing value based education. We understand our role in fostering the future of our country and here in PCCoE no stone is left unturned to climb the ladder of success. We try to touch every facet which goes on to empower the strengths and positives of each and every individual.
We believe in 'Practice what you preach' and this can be witnessed in all the integrated efforts put up by 'Team PCCoE'. We escalate the humanitarian approach for becoming good citizens of our nation, provide platform to develop entrepreneurship skills so that more number of job providers come forward rather than job seekers, plethora of training sessions are provided to motivate for higher education, grooming personality to develop innovative and creative ideas at research fronts and to inculcate ethical and social values among budding Engineers.

About UsStrong desire, drive, utmost concern and commitment of our founder Chairman Late Shri. S. B. Patil was instrumental in bringing up a Polytechnic in the year 1990 and then, the Engineering College in the year 1999 with firm support of Shri. Dnyaneshwarji Landge, Shri. V. S. Kalbhor, Shri. S. D. Garade and other trustees. The crux of success of these institutes is the wisdom and dedicated efforts of all our trustees.
The chairman and the trustees are keen to improve and maintain quality of education to keep pace with the changing needs of society and industry. Shri. P. D. Vispute, Administrative Officer of the PCET has a remarkable contribution in the overall development of the institute right from its initial establishment.
Prof. G. M. Desai, Executive Director, PCET, Dr. A. M. Fulambarkar, Principal, Shri. P. S. Patil, Registrar along with a strong team of 190 Faculty and 150 Admin Staff are all instrumental in bringing up PCCoE as a most opted institute for Engineering and Management education.

Candidates are advised to follow rules for admission to First Year Degree course in Engineering / Technology and for Direct Admission to second year of degree courses in Engineering / Technology MBA & MCA courses and PG courses in Engineering as published by the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State from time to time.

Tuition FeesAs approved by Shikshan Shulka Samiti and other fees as prescribed by University of Pune.
The Ragging is totally banned and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging is liable to be punished by law and may
lead to cancellation of admission (F.No.37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009)
Every single incident of ragging a First Information Report (FIR) will be filed without exception by the institutional authorities with the
local police authorities.
Ragging is strictly prohibited as per law. College takes all the measures to curb the incidences of ragging through continuous vigilance
and counseling with anti-ragging cell, vigilance squad and SWAAD Committee.
Any student found convicted of an offence under the ordinance will be punished as per Maharashtra Prohibition Act of Ragging 1999
and as per the directives by AICTE and Honorable Supreme Court from time to time.
It is Compulsory to submit affidavit against ragging by student and parent/guardian as per clause - 5, subclause - 3, 4 of AICTE

Eligibility Criteria For First Year Engineering AdmissionIn order to secure admission to first year of four year degree courses in Engineering / Technology through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP), Candidate should have,
a) Passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject
ANDb) Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45% marks in case of Backward class category candidates from Maharashtra only) in the
subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject added together in HSC (std XII) or its equivalent examination.
ANDc) Obtained a positive Composite score i.e. marks obtained after adding 50% of JEE (Main) 2014 (Paper 1) marks and 50% of
normalized Standard XII (Board or Equivalent Examination) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
¡If the seats remain vacant after JEE qualified candidates are admitted then the candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria at (a), (b) and (c) will be considered for admission.
¡If the seats still remain vacant then such seats shall be offered to diploma holders. Admissions are available for NRI Candidates against quota.

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering has been playing a vital role in producing engineers and technocrats of highest skills and caliber. The department of Computer Engineering at PCCoE is committed for value added quality technical education in Computer Engineering. The strong pillars of our department for UG and PG program - the competent faculty, updated infrastructure and effective teaching learning process. In addition to core academics, our students are provided with plenty of opportunities to develop and excel in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular areas such as research, skills development, higher studies, industrial training and placements.

Eligibility Criteria For MBA
In order to secure admission to first year of two-year full time MBA programme, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria; Passed with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate* ( 40% in case of backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.
