Precautions when Installation and use Installers Notes

一. Install toner cartridge;

Toner cartridge is the most important component for laser printer, and it impact directly on

the printing quality. For toner cartridge install, pick toner cartridge from the package box

and pull seal (Attention: to be make sure that complete seal pulled out.), then turn by

pivoting toner cartridge axis, so inside toner powder will be equally distributed. So, it will

improve printing quality.

二. Storage toner cartridge;

Put toner cartridge in the package bag, and save in room temperature. (Attention: Don't

let the sun direct sunlight, because it will affect directly the life of toner cartridge)

三. Use toner cartridge1. Installation Environment: Temperature: 10 ~ 35 , ℃ ℃ Relative humidity 20% -80%

2. Choice suitable printing media, and Don’t use paper tare, crease, curling, broken hole

etc, Don't use paper too thick or too tough.

3. When replace toner cartridge, have better to clear the toner place, toner powder and

paper scraps etc.

4. Check OPC drum weather turn flexible.

5. Before use toner cartridge, swing 6-8 times to make sure that toner powder loosen and

evenly distribute.

Example- Install for HP 2612A , HP LaserJet 1020

1. Open the packaging box, take out toner cartridge with air bag

2. Take out toner cartridge from the air bag

3. Swing 6-8 times toner cartridge

4. pull seal and make sure that complete seal pulled out

5. Open laser printer cover

6. Install toner cartridge

7. Press “red” button to testing. Testing page ok, install success.
