Learn to proactively manage customer credit,
efficiently process payments, and report on
accounts receivable status. Topics include
cash application (auto cash), POS deposit
liability, and ACH payment processing
functionality. Finally, we'll do a brief overview
of some of the optional interfaces that
simplify A/R, including EDI, Billtrust, Avalara
tax automation, and the WorldPay credit
card interface.
ACC-203 Accounting Best Practices - A/P
Make your A/P team more efficient at every
step, from entry to payment. This class
demonstrates the most efficient ways to
enter, edit and void invoices
(inventory/expense), and cut checks. You’ll
learn time-saving tips and tricks such as one-
step invoice entry and payment.
ACC-204 Best Practices – Financial Reporting
Get ready to geek out on G/L! This class
covers everything you need know to
streamline your company’s financials,
including Drill-down Financials, Trial Balance
reports, G/L Detail reports, as well as
summary, reporting and formula accounts.
Learn to create custom versions of a report
based on different users’ needs and security
permissions. You’ll also learn to
use formatting options for printing reports.

reviewing and comparing is all done in one
report and Agility tells YOU if something is out
of balance. In this Hands On Training class,
DMSi staff help you set up your own accounts
and schedule the corresponding automated

HOT: F9 – Financial Reporting
Simplify your financial reporting! In this Hands
On Training class, we’ll use the new F9 version
to update your existing financial reports in
Excel. We’ll discuss report scheduling and
automation, how easy month-end reporting
can be, ways to improve/rework old financials,
new F9 formulas and how to pull data from
Agility and other sources. You’ll also have a

PUR-100 The Business Case for SPOs

Purchasing. We'll cover a few different real-

may make sense. You'll come away with a

PUR-101 Get Started with SPOs
Ready to start implementing SPOs, but not
sure where to start? This course will explain
the pieces you'll need to set up in Agility to get
SPOs configured in one of your branches:
EOQ parameters, ABC classifications, system
setup, item setup, usage, reorder calculations,
and the formulas behind suggested
purchasing in Agility. Learn why each of these
components is important to the SPO process
and how they can help you control the items
and data you're working with.
PUR-102 Get Moving with SPOs
Now that you understand the building blocks
of SPOs, it's time to put them into action. This
class explains how to create SPOs so you're
reviewing the items you want to see. Learn
what each of the SPO creation criteria control,
how to run your reorder calculations for the
most accurate purchasing recommendations,
how to review and update SPOs after creating
them, and how to create POs from your SPOs.

This class reviews the inventory structure,
reporting tools, and viewers used to manage

(including Potential Stock Outage, Usage
Purchase Comparison, and the Dead Stock
Report) and explain how ABC classifications

for Your Business

efficient by building the scheduling process
around your business practices. This course
walks through the Schedule Manager window
and explains the available functionality and
key parameters. You'll learn to determine
available capacity, view work that needs to be
completed, and adjust production as
necessary to meet the customer’s
expectations. Specific topics include
departments, resources, assignments, rules,
schedule types, and date exceptions.
OPS-200 Backorders Happen – So Improve Your
Follow-Through!
Backorders happen to the best of us (even
with "upstream" solutions like SPOs in place).
So does that mean you stop taking care of
your customers? No way! This class
demonstrates how your team can improve
follow-through when faced with backorders.
We’ll cover reports and viewers that help sales
reps monitor current backorders, purchasing
tools to help buyers spot potential outages,
and automatic notifications that alert
customers to changes in an order status.

parameters to combine and ship transfers for
just-in-time delivery to the customer. We'll
also show how to make transfers even MORE
efficient by using the Auto Transfer
functionality to reduce the total number of
transfers (lowering your transfer costs.)

Most From Agility
Are you effectively managing the four quads
of operations: People (Customers), Product,
Profitability, and Process? Learn to leverage all
the available Agility tools to keep a pulse on
your operation's performance. This class
reviews the core operational reports (such as
the Dead Stock report and Inventory
Turns/GMROI report) and metrics available
within Agility to help better understand your
inventory movement and turns, assess your
customer service levels, track your deliveries,
and review your operations efficiency.

HOT: Implement Cycle Counts

CQ-101 The Basics of CQ
Get an introduction to CQ. We'll tour through
CQ and the different types of data in the
Agility database. We will explain what
elements should be considered when creating
a report. This class is intended for people with
no experience with CQ.
NOTE: There will be NO report writing in this
class.
CQ-201 Visual Editor: Graphs, Labels, and Letter
Writer
Learn to use the visual editor to write list,
sum, graph, and label reports. We’ll cover
graphs, inventory labels, mailing labels, and
the letter writer.
CQ-202 Formatting Reports
Learn to take an existing report and
summarize the data into a cleaner report
that’s easier for the recipient to read. We will
also demonstrate how to add formatting to
highlight red flags within the report on a
conditional basis.
CQ-301 File Relationships
Learn to create file relationships between two
tables. You’ll also learn to create hold files and
then use them in existing queries. We will
describe how tables are related to one
another in the Agility relational database, how
those files are indexed, and how CQ can
access those files that don't have natural
relationships.
CQ-302 Dynamic Queries
Learn to write very dynamic queries in Agility
and how to use the output of one report as
variables for a second report. (For example,
dynamically building a list of active sales
agents or branches to feed into the valid list
of options in a parameter prompt.) Attendees
will leave this class with a very advanced
understanding of CQ.
CQ-401 Optimizing Your Queries
Calling all CQ Experts. This class will focus on
creating and using CQ hold files, and ways to
make your queries perform better.
CQ-402 CQ One-On-One
Struggling with a particular report? Sit down
with a CQ expert as they answer your
questions and help you through the report. If
